The service received was above and beyond. I lost one of my hearing aids so ordered one on line. They immediately got in contact to advise the aids needed to be paired so I would have to send my other one to them to do so. In less than 3 days, I’ve received an email from them saying they are ready to be shipped back to me, they’ve done a software update on my existing aid, reordered the aid in the correct colour (I ordered the wrong colour) and included some free new domes. The staff are friendly and courteous and the service was exceptional.
