Service appraisal

At my initial contact I was passed to Ross and given his phone number. Each time I have had need for additional information I found him on this number which meant no waiting for a contact.
Following this I am happy with the product suggestion and the supply and price.

Loss of Hearing can be a major problem…

Loss of Hearing can be a major problem physically not much but mentally and socially its impacts are unimaginable, you feel less day by day as it’s slipping like sand. My hearing loss started when i was of age 14, now i am 47 years old i used from analog back in 90’s then digital unknown/don't remember brands, Hansten 2 times around 10-12 years, then phonak Audeo Marvel, then Audeo ultra sphere whose quality the sound and when i heard through it was like my whole world got lit. I am able to understand discussion without saying please repeat, huh, what, etc.
And the continues visit to Audiologists this service saved me from. My hearing Aids arrived with programmed as i supplied them earlier my Audiogram. And they were perfect. I got the Best product and great service. Thanks

I bought hearing aids from Wholesale…

I bought hearing aids from Wholesale Hearing, for roughly half what Boots were going to charge. I was a bit worried but spoke with them over the phone and was reassured by their audiologist and the package arrived promptly with the latest model . So far I have noticed an improvement, nothing dramatic, but I’ve been advised it will take a couple weeks.

Friendly and professional service

I've got a really positive experience purchasing my first hearing aids from Wholesale Hearing. Ross helped me with the choice and he was there thorough the whole process. After I've got my aids (which were already pre-programmed property) I had a consultation with one of their audiologists to ensure that everything was all right. During the consultation we fine tuned the aids remotely.
Overall I'm really satisfied by their professionalism and care, without mentioning the unbeatable prices.
