First time using this company and it’s been one issue after another. A simple order of six heaters turned into a frustrating experience: sales communication issues, poor customer service, lack of communication, collections scheduled and then cancelled with emails telling me to refuse them, broken items on arrival, and waiting over a week for replacements.
