I found the whole experience with Shane and the lads fantastic from start to finish. Shanes advice on a new boiler was spot on as i didn't have a clue. They arrived early and got stuck in and they're fantastic workers. They left the house cleaner than they got it. Shane's instructions on how to work the new system was great and he was very patient with me. I would highly recommend HeatLink to anyone.
Guys from Heatlink engineers are really professional, and trustworthy. Shane installed all as he promised, 2 other guys were also very good and hardworking. They did everything from dismantling shelve, installation, bringing the new pipes and filers and at the end cleaning the area and putting the shelve back. I recommend them to anyone. Those guys are young but very professional, and really good value. Very friendly and honest. They came today at 8am, and finish around 3pm. All without hassle on my part. They also gave me remote thermostat as a bonus.
I bought an old house and needed a new heating system and pumped water and Shane and his team gave me both their time and expertise. They were very professional and efficient to deal with and didn't make a mess. Afterwards when I had a few queries, they were happy to take calls and help. Thanks again guys.
Found the lads to be punctual hard working and tidy. They gave me good advice on a few items and cured a few long standing issues I had with my rads. Got them in after my old boiler broke down over the winter and was very satisfied with their approach to the job. Would recommend them to my friends.
