Can’t park! Virtually empty Streatham Tesco extra and this company van is parked so close to (my) vehicle. Impossible for the driver to have got out without wacking door into mine.

Ilie from HeatFlex visited my flat today and was faced with a jungle of wires and previously bungled hacks. The challenge had defeated two other plumbers. He was professional, competent, patient, methodical, and an excellent communicator. He really is the Sherlock Holmes of plumbing!
