I would like to commend Madison and her colleague for their excellent service. When they eventually attended to fit the heating part, they encountered an issue with the woodwork not being fitted to the wall, despite Village Heating having a record of this. Rather than leaving and arranging another appointment, they stayed, persevered and did everything they could to complete the work. Their professionalism, patience and determination were greatly appreciated. Five stars to both of them — thank you.

Unfortunately, my overall experience with Village Heating, working on behalf of Hyde, was less positive.

An appointment was arranged with a 2–3 week lead time, and we were then contacted on the day of the appointment to be told that the required part had not arrived. This was particularly frustrating, as we could have been informed a day or two beforehand and avoided taking time away from work unnecessarily.

When you are self-employed, taking time off work also means losing income, so better communication would have made a significant difference. I was also disappointed by the rather casual attitude of the representative who contacted us regarding the situation, as I felt the inconvenience caused was not fully appreciated.

Overall, I am very grateful to Madison and her colleague for going above and beyond to complete the job. They are a credit to the service.

Billy was very professional with everything he did and told me everything he was going to do through out the process of the power flush.

I had a visit yesterday from Nathen and Ovi to our premises to carry out gas safety checks on some of our equipment. They did a great job, professional, polite and friendly. They also investigated a long term hot water issue which they were able to fix for us. Excellent service. Many thanks.

Disgraceful service! Couldn’t even install a radiator correctly. Damage to the adjoining wall then ignored emails and when I finally got to speak to someone they refused to come back out and repair the damage they’d caused as they no longer had the council contract! Hardly surprising when you see the quality of their work. Have photos showing the damage but they weren’t interested

I would like to thank Gurjit very much for picking up on things that are broken in my house yesterday. Now I can get them fixed on 1 day instead of repeat call outs. I cannot believe that the company used to install the new boiler 2 years ago never wired in the upstairs tank to provide hot water when the boiler isn't working. What a lovely man, made me feel comfortable and was very professional with a sense of humour too.
