My dear Mum rang me in a panic as her boiler was having issues. Not knowing who to call, a friend recommended VHL.
This was a Saturday so I didn’t think I’d get anywhere fast but took a chance and rang them. Aeva took my call who listened to my “drama” and gave assurances all would be sorted the next day. And if by magic it was. Can’t praise the company enough, massive thanks to Aeva and the out of hours team

I spoke to Danielle on the phone and she was incredibly helpful she got me booked in as soon as she could for someone to come out and look at my boiler. A nice man came out really quickly to fix it. From start to finish I had a good experience with the company

I spoke with Danielle, who calmly reassured me that I would have hot water within 24 hours. I am happy to say that it was resolved within the timeframe.

I am extremely happy with the recent boiler installation I received. The booking process was very easy, and Aeva in the office was incredibly helpful and efficient in scheduling my job as I have a disabled child who spends a lot of time at home!

We had an engineer come to our house today who was called Maddison, from Village Heating Company. What a lady she was, she went above and beyond for us.

I was very impressed with her honesty, respectful attitude, polite and willingness to help us out.
It is still an ongoing process so hopefully she will be back to complete all the jobs that need doing.
Maddison was here for some time as it’s a big job for her to do. Bless her she done amazing, Highly recommend. 😊

The electrician was excellent. It was the second time that he had fitted a security light to the outside of our house. He is friendly, professional and we wouldn't hesitate to ask for him again.
