The guys from Heatseal arrived on time…
The guys from Heatseal arrived on time introduced themselves and explained the procedure. The application of Storm dry to my brickwork took just over an hour, they tidied up and wiped down any areas ie windows that needed it. Would highly recommend them

My experience with Heatseal was stress…
My experience with Heatseal was stress free I didn’t to delay work for awhile they kept in touch and when I was ready I was given a date the workmen were brilliant arrived on time discussed what was needed to be done and they got on with it they even hoovered up afterwards left my premises as they found it great company

Cold called my elderly parents
This company cold called my elderly parents and took a deposit from them, scheduling work to commence 3 days after signing up for the damp proofing. This did not allow for a 14 day cooling off period. A carbon copy of the agreement was given but no information about what they were actually having done. The work was going to cost almost £2,500. In fairness to the company, they responded to the cancellation of the work and have assured me that the deposit will be returned. I am deeply concerned by the cold calling practices that persuade elderly people to hand over significant sums of money.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel unhappy with your experience.
We would like to clarify that your mother was happy for the appointment to take place and wanted the work carried out following the survey. A small 10% deposit was taken to secure the booking, which is standard practice.
When you contacted us to cancel the work, this was acknowledged immediately with no issue, and we confirmed that the refund would be returned to the original payment card. As explained at the time, refunds can take 2–3 working days to appear depending on the bank.
We would also like to clarify that the carbon copy agreement provided did contain details of the proposed work to be completed.
As a company, we proactively market our services and generate work opportunities, which supports local employment and contributes to the UK economy. At all times, we believe we acted professionally and correctly in handling this matter.
Given that the cancellation was accepted promptly and the deposit refunded without dispute, we do feel that a 1-star review is unfair and potentially damaging to our business reputation. We would respectfully ask that you reconsider or remove the review.

I have just had Heatseal install their loft insulation and the loft feels warmer already.
The installers Sean and Chris were polite and friendly and left the house clean and tidy.
I would recommend them.

Satisfied with insulation installation
Heat seal super quilt insulation has been installed today( 03/09/25)
Very satisfied with the installation- Sean and John completed the work efficiently and tidied up following the work- photos taken of the insulation and shown - 10 year warranty explained
We are looking forward to our home being more energy efficient and eventual lower heating bills!
Installing new insulation is a sizable investment in our house - but worth the cost. We recommend Heatseal insulation
