Amazing software to create various reports
Amazing software for creating various reports!
We could not be happier with how much the process of creating check-in and interim reports has improved. The reports we are now able to produce are professional, detailed, and comprehensive. In the long run, this software will make our work even easier, while providing peace of mind for ourselves, our tenants, and our landlords.
We can't wait to create our first check-out report and fully explore its potential. Highly recommended!

Inventory Hive is great and easy to use, we have found it really beneficial and is much more efficient that our previous processes. The staff at Hive are also really helpful and responsive.

5* Inventory
we have been renting properties for about 15 years now and our portfolio has been growing. Our inventory system was word documents and was not providing the 5* service that we wanted. Inventory Hive is very intuitive, easy to adapt to and simple to use.

As a small independent letting agent I…
As a small independent letting agent I can't recommend Inventory Hive enough, the software is truly a "works out of the box" no faffing about, no 3 hours training, it really does just work.
The help and support that the team give you along the way; especially Richard. The extra touch of the account reviews occasionally really help us get the most out the software.
So happy I selected Inventory Hive over the other options I was looking at, as a business owner it’s the one decision I made that I have never needed to second question myself on.

Typical con in favour of landlords
There is no way to download the signed inventory so, as a tenant, one ends up with NO copies of what has been said. Typical con to give all the power to the landlords and leave the tenant with no proof whatsoever.

Thank you for your feedback, we completely understand how important it is for tenants to have access to signed documentation for their own records.
Just to clarify how it works:
Tenants can download PDFs once the inventory or report has been completed and sent to them by the landlord/agent. These can be saved locally for future reference.
If you haven’t received a copy, we’d recommend speaking with your landlord or letting agent, as they can resend the report at any time if they have an active subscription with us.
Agents and landlords using Inventory Hive have full control over sharing documents, and are able to provide tenants with copies of all reports, including signed versions.
There’s certainly no intention to restrict access — the system is designed to support transparency and ensure all parties have the information they need. Tenants also have the opportunity to feedback on check-in/inventory reports.

Terrible service from Inventory Hive
Terrible service from Inventory Hive. The inventory co I used closed. The inventories provided using Inventory Hive also stopped working so inventories inc photos could not be opened properly at the end of the tenancy. Caused so much stress and difficulty making any deposit deductions . Never ever use Inventory Hive.

Thank you for sharing your experience - we’re really sorry to hear about the stress this situation has caused. We completely appreciate how important it is to be able to access inventories and photos, especially at the end of a tenancy.
Just to provide some clarity:
Access can be affected if the inventory provider, landlord or letting agents subscription ends with us.
If the subscription ends, Inventory Hive has not right to store the data as it contains personal information.
PDF copies of inventories (including photos) can be generated and downloaded at the time the report is completed and shared. These are designed to be stored offline for exactly this reason.
Even if the original provider has closed, it may still be possible for the landlord or managing agent to supply copies, as they are typically issued copies when reports are completed.
We do understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and it certainly isn’t the experience we want for end users. If you still need help accessing a report, please speak to your landlord or agent.

Fabulous product I cant recommend highly enough. It has made tenant disputes a thing of the past.
