Heavenly Feet are amazingly comfortable footwear. I am a very loyal and repeat purchaser for this very reason. I have recently spoken to their customer support service about a small issue I had. Colette was outstanding in her response and her communication. So good to know that the whole company is working with customer care and support as well as providing the best quality of footwear too.

Excellent customer service
My parcel didn't arrive.
I contacted Heavenly feet after a period as the e mail had advised they were out for delivery .I received a prompt response and was refunded immediately. I have since reordered the same shoes without difficulties and I am very pleased with them .
