I can't express how much I love this brand, the team at Heavenly London have been so incredibly helpful when I come knocking for another pressie for my wife or family and every time they get it right. Trying to return the bracelet I ordered…
Trying to return the bracelet I ordered as just wasn’t for me when I saw it. tried emailing their contact email twice to request details of how to return the item. No one has contacted me in a week. I will not be buying anything else from here. Very disappointed and suggest everyone bears in mind that it looks as if refunds aren’t accepted which is against trading standards and UK law

By chance I came across this lovely company online. Good quality products, not too pricy and great designs. The kind owner of this business even searched for the earrings I wanted that were sold out which matched the necklace I had bought from her so now I have them too. Happy experience.
