Poor after sales service
Beautiful items, if a little pricy for costume jewellery, but really let down by poor after sales. I have purchased a number of items from Heavenly which I enjoy wearing, and so was delighted to find one of their bracelets on Vinted which I purchased. Unfortunately the bracelet lost a stone in transit. The Vinted seller refunded the amount paid, and said I could keep the bracelet. I contacted Heavenly to enquire about having the bracelet repaired, but was told that there was nothing they could do. Really disappointing service and I won’t be purchasing from them again.
I was upfront from the start that the item came from Vinted. It’s a shame that the quality of the item was so poor that it cannot withstand resale or transit.

Second hand/used items are not under warranty and we did offer to make an exception. Sorry we have not been able to help you this time and that you felt it appropriate to review our after sales service from an item not purchased from us.
