Customer service and delivery team were amazing!!! They constantly communicated status updates and even gave us a heads up when they were one hour out from house. Our new dining table arrived in perfect condition. It made our house feel like a home….Definitely buying more items from this company!

Delivery
I took time off from work, spent the entire day waiting for my delivery only to be utterly disappointed with a no show by metropolitan warehouse and delivery. This was not the first time Metro stiffed me and postponed my delivery date.

Per the communication we see, their driver had to cancel the delivery due to a mechanical break down with their truck. I know that must be incredibly frustrating to take time out of your day only to be told after the fact that the delivery isn't being completed.

First and foremost, my table is beautiful. It’s an art piece! The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 was because my delivery date was moved, but it did arrive and I was very happy with my product.

All around excellent experience
I’d never ordered from Hedgeapple before. I called customer service to inquire about delivery times for a heavy piece of furniture. I was happy to be able to reach a person on the phone right away. Their customer service is top-notch. Not only did they honor a price match, they were able to cut five weeks off of the delivery time ensuring I had the package before the holidays. I will definitely use them again.

I recently ordered a set of dining chairs from Hedgeapple and the entire experience was terrific from start to finish. Website is easy to navigate, with a great selection of options without being super overwhelming.
What really stood out to me was the customer service. Their team was incredibly helpful — she responded promptly to my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I had everything I needed before the chairs were even shipped. It's nice working with a company that has a small team, where you call and you know who will answer every single time and they will know what is going on with your order without being bounced around.
The delivery process was just as seamless. My chairs arrived on time, in perfect condition, and the delivery team was polite and professional. Everything was well-packaged and easy to set up. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again — already eyeing a matching dining table!

Great Experience All Around
I recently had a really negative experience with another small high-end furniture store, trying to purchase the same rug. Incredibly long time to ship, disingenuous return policy, etc. After that nightmare, purchased the same rug from Hedgeapple at a better price (best price I could find online) and the rug was at my door within a few days. I even forgot to input my welcome code discount, and customer service quickly and kindly applied it. Just a great experience all around and will definitely be shopping here again.

I'm sorry to hear about any frustration regarding the lead-time and shipping time on your order for the Moe's Roman L Shaped Sectional. I do see here that your order has shipped with our freight carrier (AIT) and is confirmed picked up as of 07/23. Our "7-10 days shipping times" listed on the website start once the item has been picked up.
I do see here that it may have taken a bit longer than original reported for the order to get out the door from our warehouse and for that I sincerely apologize.
