My experience with Hedgeapple was first rate! I have never purchased anything from them and I had a bad experience with another small furniture company, so I was a little hesitant. The rug was not is stock. We had the option of cancelling the order and getting a refund or waiting for it to come in.There was good communication regarding the status of the rug. It arrived a bit earlier than predicted and it is perfect on our deck

I'm very sorry for your experience and the frustration regarding the delayed shipment of your Meva - Tigard Console Table. When the order was originally placed, our manufacturer did not process the order in the manner that they should have which caused the initial delays. My team was working with them to get this corrected and had escalated the issue to upper management at Meva so it wouldn't happen again.
I know how frustrating a situation like this is and I truly apologize as it reflects poorly on us and that's never our intention. If there's ever something else we can do to make it right, please do not hesitate to reach back out to us.
