Don't waste your money on these
These tights are comfortable but not at all durable. Even the 100 denier tights laddered on the second wear for me. Not happy at all, don't waste your money on these!

It is very rare that ladders are reported on the Bold 100.
However, the Bold 60 and the Bold 100 are not part of the ladder-free collection. While these tights are durable, they're not indestructible, so treat them with care and they’ll love you longer.

SOMETIMES, A LONG-WORDED REVIEW ISN'T A BAD THING AT ALL...!!!
The transaction was straightforward, with no delay and the item requested was delivered quite quickly! Your company provides quality (durable, ladder resistant and trendy to describe the purchased item), advertises perfectly (especially on social media - even some celebrities are fans!), packages products with a neat well-designed presentation and cares for the environment (100% vegan and the process in manufacturing your products harmless to humans!). The above indicates how impressed I am with not just your products, the progress your company is made (including crowdfunding) is, by all means, incredible!
May I, at this point, take this opportunity to apologise for an error I made in a recent survey you sent me. I spelt one your founders' names wrong, so may I please reiterate my profound gratitude to Alex Tymann & Anna Alexanian for changing the nature of hosiery to a higher level, with products which are completely comfortable to wear!!! Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money - believe the bad reviews.
I did not believe the bad reviews and got burnt for it. The customer service for the company is a joke, the product does not deliver on its promise.
I bought 2x pairs of tights. One of them broke / laddered as soon as I put them on, the other was much lighter than shown online. The one that laddered I ended up wearing the whole day (unfortunately I did not have another pair on me) and it was sagging horribly.
When I complained to customer service, the answer I got from the company was that their policy doesn't cover accidental damage.
Other brands have lasted me >1 year for half the price.

We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy.
It is correct that our warranty does not cover items that were damaged by the customer, accidentally or otherwise. We hope you understand that this is not something that any product warranty can cover.
With respect to the colour of the other pair, we've never received a photo, so we're unable to comment on this further. However, we can see that the team sent you a few different photos of the item in question, all of them taken from the Product page of our website, which show the item on different models. Of course, different devices may display colours differently, but this is outside our control. We've also checked with the Product team if we've received any similar feedback on the colour of item in question. The Product team went back until last summer, but we have not had any such reports. The Product team then spot-checked 12 pairs of the item you ordered (the same size and the same waistband option from the same manufacturing batch), but they found the colour to be in line with the photos on our Product page. Of course, we do regret that the colour of the tights was not what you expected, however, we hope you can understand that we can't accept the return of worn tights.
You're now saying that the tights are sagging. Our tights in XS/S and M/L have a shaping waistband, only the size XL/XXL has a more relaxed fit. As per our size guide, our size XS/S is for people with a weight of up to 55kg, the size M/L is for people with a weight of 55kg - 80kg, and the XL/XXL is for people with a weight of over 80kg. Without knowing your height and weight, and without asking for this information, we wonder if a smaller size would have fitted you better. Of course, we acknowledge that size guides for tights aren't perfect as tights don't come in as many sizes as trousers. So a small number of tight sizes will have to fit a number of people with different heights and weights. We would like to assure you that our Product team are always looking into improving the size guide, although this is an ongoing project as it involves many people of different sizes and shapes testing the different products we offer. But hopefully, we can improve the size guide further.

They deliver on their promise
Excellent tights! My first order let me apprehensive. Slightly more expensive than my usual and how to believe all their claims? But I decided to give it a try.
Firstly, the tights arrived very fast. The packaging is very good and will keep the tights safely stored.
They do hold very well. I can go an enitre day without having to pull them back up. They also resist well. no ladder after a month - and with cats about the house, this is a record!
They are also very soft to touch, very evenly coloured too and give the legs a beautiful shine. The absence of gusset is nice and make them altogether more comforable as well as truly invisible.
All in all, very good quality and the claims from the website were met. I now wish there were in different colours and maybe patterned. Perhaps future development for the brand?

Leider überhaupt nicht laufmaschenresistent
Leider überhaupt nicht laufmaschenresistent.
Nach nur zweimal tragen hatte ich gleich mehrere Laufmaschen und das sowohl in der 20den als auch der 30den Strumpfhose.
Nach der ersten Reklamation bekam ich aus "goodwill" neue zugesandt. Als auch diese nach 2 mal tragen Laufmaschen hatten und ich wieder reklamierte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man jeden gekauften Artikel nur einmal reklamieren kann.
Lächerlich, wenn man bedenkt, dass das Produkt nicht hält, was es verspricht.
Sehr enttäuschend!

Es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass Du enttäuscht bist. Unsere Strumpfhosen sind laufmaschenresistent und die Fehlerquote liegt bei unter 1%.
Du hattest uns berichtet, dass Deine Strumpfhosen nach dem ersten Waschen mit einem knapp zweistündigen Programm in der Maschine kaputt gegangen sind.
Grundsätzlich sollten Strumpfhosen per Hand gewaschen werden. Waschen in der Waschmaschine ist auch möglich, allerdings sollte ein kurzer Waschgang, der der Handwäsche ähnelt, ausgewählt werden, da Strumpfhosen aus sehr feinem Material hergestellt werden und daher nicht wie T-Shirts, Hosen oder andere Artikel aus robusten, dickeren Stoffen gewaschen werden sollten.
Unsere Strumpfhosen sind laufmachenresistent und länger haltbar als andere Strumpfhosen - allerdings sind sie nicht unzerstörbar.
Du hattest uns Fotos von den Strumpfhosen geschickt. Die Strumpfhosen wiesen Abrieberscheinungen auf. Uns wurde solch ein Erlebnis bisher noch nicht berichtet, und wir hatten solche Abrieberscheinungen bisher noch nicht gesehen.
Trotz des langen Waschgangs wies keine der beiden Strumpfhosen Laufmaschen auf. Daher konnte die Laufmaschengarantie nicht in Anspruch genommen werden. Obwohl kein Garantiefall vorlag, hatten Dir dennoch aus Kulanzgründen gratis Ersatz geschickt.
Mehrere Wochen später hattest Du uns dann erneut kontaktiert und berichtet, dass auch die anderen Strumpfhosen nach dem Waschen kaputt gegangen sind. Du hattest uns versichert, dass die Strumpfhosen dieses Mal in einem kurzen Waschgang gewaschen worden sind. Leider konnten wir hier jedoch nichts mehr für Dich tun. Auf Artikel, die wir gratis als Geschenk oder aus Kulanzgründen versenden, kann kein Garantieanspruch gelten gemacht werden.
Allerdings hatten wir Dir einen Gutschein für Deine nächste Bestellung ausgestellt. Der Gutschein hat kein Ablaufdatum. Auch wenn Du enttäuscht bist, hoffen wir, dass Du diesen Gutschein vielleicht in der Zukunft nutzen kannst.

Super Qualität und guter Sitz
Die Strumpfhosen haben wirklich eine super Qualität und sitzen bequem ohne, dass sie andauernd runter rutschten. Kann ich guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Und zudem sind sie auch noch schön und umweltfreundlich verpackt.
