This is a fake review.
We can't comment on whether the reviewer got the companies mixed up or whether this is a defamation attempt from a certain someone who's tried to scam us and then harassed our staff.
First of all, our ladder-rate is exceptionally low (it's below 1%).
Secondly, the founders of our company care deeply about every single staff member.
Of course, someone who has never worked with us wouldn't know that!
Investment is definitely worthwhile
I confess was a little sceptical about the tights and their price. But i must say i was so happy after seeing and wearing them.
The quality is amazing, they look very good and most importantly they are so comfortable!
Definitely is worth the investment.

Simply the best tights ever
Simply the best tights ever! Look & feel...amazing!!! There are no comparable tights and I've tried many! Even after multiple washes, no runs and still the perfect fit! Even 20 denier never ripped!

Miracle tights
Nothing short of a miracle- I love these tights, I feel supported, comfortable and sexy. I don’t know what they are doing, but they are doing tights right!
Will definitely only be buying my tights from Hēdoïne from now on.
Can’t recommend them enough.

Laufmaschen-Garantie leider eine klare Lüge
Leider halten die Strumpfhosen 20den nicht was sie versprechen. Es gibt definitiv nach kürzester Zeit Laufmaschen. Einmal direkt nach dem ersten Anziehen - hierfür wurde ein Ersatz gesendet. Dieser ist nach einer Woche kaputt gegangen. Und nein, ich mache nichts anders als bei vergleichbaren Marken wie Falke etc. Diese halten deutlich länger.
Leider scheint das Unternehmen es mit Ihrer Laufmaschen-Garantie nicht ernst zu meinen, da sie im Vorfeld schon sagen, dass Sie nur einmal aus Kulanz ein Ersatz schicken.
Bitte Ladies, seht von einem Kauf ab und spart eurer Geld. Ich habe naiverweise tatsächlich direkt vier Stück gekauft, 3 ungetragen und versiegelt und hänge Sie Euch gern an den Gabenzaun in Hamburg.
Eine wirklich sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung

Danke für Dein Review. Es tut uns leid, dass Du verärgert bist.
Einige wenige Artikel können fehlerhaft sein. Es handelt sich um Produkte, die teils maschinell und teils manuell hergestellt werden. Aber die Fehlerquote unserer Strumpfhosen liegt bei unter 1%!
Das bedeutet jedoch nicht, dass die Strumpfhosen unzerstörbar sind.
Wir hatten Dir aus Kulanzgründen einen Gutschein für die nächste Bestellung erstellt. Der Gutschein hat kein Ablaufdatum. Hoffentlich kannst Du diesen in der Zukunft nutzen.

Laddered after second wear!
Super soft and comfy, but snagged after the second use, simply from putting them on. So annoying as I loved wearing them. At least I know they are biodegradable.

We allow 90 days from receipt of an order to make a claim. You ordered in May last year. It's over 8 months since you placed your order. Unfortunately, there's not much we can do after such a long time.

schlechte Qualität und absolut inakzeptabler Service!
Lasst die Finger davon! Extrem teuer, schlechte Qualität und ein inakzeptabler Kundenservice! Es gibt deutlich günstigere Alternativen bei anderen Anbietern, die ihre Versprechen halten!
Ich habe ein 2er Pack in schwarz bestellt, 20 den als laufmaschenresistent und 30 den biodegradable. Die Strumpfhosen sind auch so angekommen wie bestellt. Die Qualität ist aber richtig schlecht. Das Schwarz ist mega ungleichmäßig und man sieht vertikale dunkle Streifen. Beim ersten Anprobieren haben sich zu dem sofort Mini-Fäden gezogen wodurch überall kurze horizontale schwarze Striche entstanden sind. So viel zur Laufmaschenresistenz ... So etwas habe ich nicht mal bei den aller billigsten 1€ Strumpfhosen aus dem Rossmann erlebt. Natürlich habe ich mich an den Kundenservice gewandt. Die Antworten waren wiederholt dass sie die aus hygienischen Gründen nicht zurück nehmen können, weil ich sie ja anprobiert habe. Auf das Problem ihrer fehlenden Qualitätskontrolle und mir fehlerhafte Ware für den vollen Preis von über 60€ zu verkaufen sind sie nicht wirklich eingegangen. Statt dessen bekommt man gesagt, dass sie leider nicht mehr tun können in diesem Fall. Sehr enttäuschend!

Sehr sympathischer Kundenservice!
Beim zweiten Anziehen der The Bold 30 ist vom Bund aus eine Laufmasche entstanden, was ich dem Kundenservice mitgeteilt habe. Daraufhin wurde mir kostenlos und auf meinen Wunsch die Nude 20 als Ersatz geschickt - super Service!

Lovely but not durable for me
I really like both the thinner and thicker pair of tights I bought, they look elegant, are comfortable and the thicker ones keep you warm. Sadly both of them have holes now already even though I am quite a careful person (thinner after first wear, thicker after 7ish wears). I'd wish for more durable ones as that would be more sustainable.

Doesn’t deliver on the promise
Nice fit and fabric feels good. However, they laddered on the second wear. I don’t have long nails and I’m very careful at putting tights on. Hugely disappointing for the price. Still better value to wear through cheap tights

Bad experience
The tights unfortunately broke on their own, without snagging or anything, after the third time of wearing them. Since it was already over 90 days after the purchase, there was no compensation from the company. I am very disappointed.
