Never usually write a review but seeing their reviews online helped me make a purchase and I'm really glad I did...
Was struggling to find a suitable desk trawling through the internet came across HADO and it seemed too good to be true. Checked their Trustpilot reviews and they all seemed positive to I went ahead and specced my order.
The desk is fantastic, the build quality is great, instructions easy to follow and I can genuinely say far better that I could of even expected, its a fantastic product. If you're on the fence and need a desk, you wont regret it!

The desk itself is great. Very easy to assemble and is sturdy , works as intended.

Desk came on time first thing in the morning, my patner answered the door because i was working and the delivery driver was kind enough to bring the package into the house so my partner didn't struggle and also so it wasn't left in the rain, so I appreciated that.

The desk its self was really easy to put together, instructions where really clear! Only problem I had was that I couldn't work out how to unlock the desk so it would go up or down, so I contacted customer service and within 5 minutes got a call back and got the desk unlocked.

Over all, brilliant experience and if I ever needed a desk again I would 100% buy again!

Excellent service from start to finish, Rick wasn't phased by a last minute colour change and the desk arrived within 48hrs. Desk is very well made and has made a huge difference to the DSE working of the user.

They have been fantastic answering all my questions prior placing the order, and keeping me informed on the delivery date/time and as I opted for self-installation, they shared all the information on how to assemble the desk and install the motor.

Called HADO multiple times to get an understanding of standing desks they offer - delivery times - and also building time. Spoke to Rick twice and on both occasions was very knowledgeable. Assisted me over the phone and on their live chat feature on the website. He showed me current customers tables to get an idea of the colours of the desks. Was told 4 weeks for delivery as the desks are bespoke. But was called later the same week advising they had the desk I ordered in stock and in the size I ordered. Desk was delivered within one week by FEDEX - 6 separate large and heavy parcels. Building time was about 2 hours instructions and YouTube links provided by Rick also helped. Excellent service great company. :)

Best service ever. I love my new desk, its very strong and beautiful, very good quality of materials. Good price and excellent customer service. It also arrived very quickly. I would definitely recommend HADO Height adjustable desks to anyone looking for good quality nice looking at a reasonable price.

I've had my HADO desk for a week or so now and have nearly got to full-time standing. It's a wonderful piece of engineering. I was mildly concerned that it would wheeze with my three monitors, desktop PC and assorted peripherals and nonsense on my desk, but I think I could probably lie on this thing and have it lift my 100kg body up and down without breaking a sweat.

After contacting HADO to delay the delivery by a day as I had an emergency at work (which they did without question), the setup was a breeze. There are some PDF instructions which I ignored and just watched the YouTube videos. All pretty simple to be honest, it's not that much harder than building IKEA furniture, it'll just last 1000x longer and comes with a MASSIVELY LONG guarantee.

I opted for the two-hole model and added on the cable tray, which is, I think, an absolute must. Unless you like the mess of a billion cables all over the place. Now I have about four and it's neat is a pin.

I may opt for the under-desk draw accessory at some point and maybe some pedestals.

Overall I am very impressed with the ordering process, the construction, the quality of the desk and everything in between. Should I ever need another, I know where I'm getting one.

I really appreciated Rick’s help to ensure my choice of desk and monitor arm would be suitable for my needs. The desk arrived the next day and I was really impressed with the quality - it’s very study and has a nice smooth action. The YouTube video and assembly instructions were easy to follow too.

The desk I got from Hado is great, it does exactly what it says on the tin, and even as a "smaller" option, I have got plenty of room for my Laptop, 32" Monitor, Ipad and more.

However what I would say sets this company apart is the customer service, I was having trouble getting my Corporate card to work on the system, Rick phoned me we tried to sort it, and Rick continued to follow up with my calling me directly until Delivery was complete.

If you are looking for a high quality height adjustable desk. Do not look any further!!
HADO is the right company and Rick is outstanding from start to finish through sending you samples and instructions.

I've researched standing desks for months and I'm glad I went with HADO. I almost bit the bullet with a Fully Jarvis but the Chinese-made frame is a turn off. I ordered a HD3 just before the cutoff and still got it the day after. I'm more than impressed with the quality and value considering the frame is a Swedstyle 2.0. It's much cheaper than other competitors who use the same frame (looking at you Flytta and Friska). The whole process was painless and Rick has been great in keeping me updated and supplying all the important info in regards to building it.
