Spent a good while researching for a good desk. Love the HD2 we bought. Compact size is perfect for home office setups, and it looks great with the natural wood finish on the edges. Easy to assemble, and works smoothly. Also purchased the cable tray, which is really well designed and looses all the cable and extension mess normally at the back of a desk. Love it.

Great company to deal with, very good products.

Desk is expensive but worth every penny. Excellent quality, easy to assemble following the instructions and little tips supplied by the company.

I spent weeks deciding on the size and colour for a height adjustable desk. I was struggling to find exactly what I wanted. That is until I found Hado. I looked at the reviews and decided this was the company to buy from. I was not disappointed and the customer care and service is outstanding. The desk took 2 hours to assemble and is everything I needed and wanted the desk to be. I can not recommend Hado enough. Like previous reviews the personal touch and emails made you feel like a valued customer. Would recommend to everyone.

All good so far, Great desk, solid and good quality. I purchased the fitting service as I am not great at DIY. The guy came early in the morning, took him half hour, very polite and respectful of my property. All in all, top desk, top service. Well done

Spent quite a while looking for a decent height adjustable desk, and I’m so glad I went with HADO. Next day delivery (though ordered late Thursday and was delivered Monday but I was fine with this). Accidentally ordered the wrong frame colour and it was swapped with a simple phone call. The customer service from Rick and his team is outstanding, I was unsure about a final part of my desk build and Rick called me to talk it through and I managed to complete it very easily.

The HD2 desk is an excellent piece of kit, it feels very sturdy, is easy to use and is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Excellent customer services was provided. I'm very pleased with my purchase and I and happy to recommend Rick and his team.

As a nation, we have become used to the 'faceless' company – buying things in eerie silence and delivered by automated systems and mailshots. Any problems and 'please press 5 to hear those options again...'

Not so with HADO. My ND HD5 Executive Desk purchase felt personal and friendly. They spoke with me on the phone and even all emails seemed human and not just 'the script'. Information, particularly build guides, were relevant and useful. Had I required, I was invited to call them back for further in-person guidance.

Hugely impressed with my HD2 sit-stand desk. The desk feels very well-made and fairly straightforward to put together (written and video instructions are both provided). I use it every day and everything is working seamlessly.

The reason I am leaving a review though is the excellent customer service experience - delivery was within 48 hours and I was personally called by Rick for a delivery update and to check if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend HADO, keep up the good work guys!

Desk was delievered in a day and is extremely well made. Very pleased with it and the customer service, which included extensive guides on how to build it such as videos and manuals.

I ordered a sit/stand adjustable desk during the first lockdown and have been using it ever since. Its a simple and effective set up, with solid and tactile friendly materials. The choice of surface is fantastic as it allows a desk to suit the materials in the room. 18 months later, and I had a minor issue with the desk, but the customer team were amazing in helping me through it, and even following up to check all was ok. Would highly recommend HADO for (i) their product quality, and (ii) outstanding customer support.

I purchased an adjustable desk from HADO and have been nothing short of impressed with their service. Firstly on the product itself is high quality, the desk surface is firm and the finish is great. The adjustable height motor works seeming-less.

HADO provide a wide range of desk finishes and I was able to select 6 samples that were delivered quickly to help me decide before ordering. Both Rick and Lewis were extremely helpful during the whole process of ordering. HADO are local to me and they personally delivered the desk to me which was a nice touch. Amazing service, arrived the next day. Rick even called and made better suggestions for the desk which eventually cut the price of the desk, which I appreciated. Was kept updated with the delivery process thoroughly and it was delivered the next day. Nicely packaged. Overall, an amazing experience. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning to use their service again.
