Definitely a scam - shipped the dress from China, and it was polyester rather than the advertised Ramie. Now that I'm trying to return, they refuse to provide a street address and will only provide a Google Maps Plus Code (which not all carriers can deliver to). Plus the return address is in Italy which of course makes shipping expensive

completely misrepresented the dress I ordered. Said it was linen and it was a cheap synthetic with blurry printing. Went round and round with their ironically named Customer Service and was offered 10, 20, 30 and finally 50% to keep the item. One of their scams is to advertise and ship from the US, but require returns to Italy. Their assumption is that shipping cost will be too expensive and you'll take the discount. Don't do it, use a free shipping service like pirate and demand a full refund. I got shipping with insurance for $23. Also, if you dig, this is a Russian company

I strongly regret ordering from Helena Bloom. I purchased two dresses, and this was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.

First, my order arrived approximately one week after the promised delivery window. When it finally arrived, one of the two dresses was completely the wrong dress. Both dresses were also extremely small and did not fit at all. Even more concerning, neither dress had a label or tag, so there was no reasonable way to verify the size or product information.

I contacted customer service to explain the situation. Instead of properly addressing the fact that they had sent me the wrong merchandise and that the items were not as expected, they repeatedly offered partial refunds while telling me to keep the dresses — first 10%, then 20%, then 30%. After I disputed the charge, they offered 50% back if I kept the dresses.

That is not an acceptable resolution when the company has sent the wrong item and merchandise that I consider to be of extremely poor quality.

I trusted this company and expected them to take responsibility for the mistake. Instead, I felt completely ignored and dismissed.

The return process is also extremely unreasonable. I was told that I have to return the dresses to Italy, even though I am in Florida and one of the items they sent me was not even the item I ordered. I was quoted approximately $85 just to ship the return to Italy.

The website advertises “30-day easy returns,” but my actual experience was anything but easy. (Helena Bloom)

In my opinion, this company does not provide the level of customer service or merchandise quality that I expected. I would not recommend Helena Bloom and I strongly suggest that other customers research the company carefully before ordering.

Very disappointing experience. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.

IT'S A SCAM! I ordered a dress and their website just says 30 day return policy, but their return facility is in ITALY. The Customer has to pay for international shipping and they don't issue a refund until it's received and "inspected". I'm guessing other customers will agree, their return gets stuck at Customs, doesn't arrive or arrives with "issues" and refunds are never given. This should be disclosed in their website clearly.

Absolute trash!!! Temu material at name brand prices. Absolutely horrendous! DO NOT BUY

Update: I received it weeks later and the dress is nothing like the picture, the colors are different, the design and extremely cheap materials. Waste of money.

I ordered a dress from this company back in July, they sent the tracking info in August, it said was delivered, yet it wasn't, it was sent to the wrong address, the post office confirmed the tracking number they provided, didn't match my house, I contacted them company, they said they would send out a new dress on August 16th, they never sent it out. I disputed it with my credit card company, they lied to the credit company and said it was delivered, even though they post office said it wasn't and they confirmed it was lost in transit, the dress was 139.99 that I never received and they won't make good on it, first and last time dealing with the scam of a company.

I ordered 2 dresses to figure out which one would fit. They arrived with no tags, no sizes, cheap thin fabric. They are poor quality. Took forever to get to me. I kept one and tried to return another… after getting multiple email offers to keep the dress for partial refund, they finally gave me an address. I paid over $30 to send it back to Italy… and ups now says they need more info to deliver… Helena bloom won’t give me the info… ups can’t deliver so now I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company. Do not buy from them.

BUYERS BEWARE — I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from Helena Bloom.

I ordered a dress, pants, and a top, and I was shocked by the extremely poor quality. The fabric felt cheap and very synthetic, and the actual products did not meet the expectations created by the photos and presentation on the website.

The return experience was even worse. Their website advertises “30-day easy returns” and says eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. However, when I tried to resolve the issue with customer service, after going back and forth, I received only a 30% refund.

This experience left me feeling completely misled and very disappointed. I personally would never trust this company with another purchase and will never shop here again.

I’m posting this review to warn other customers: please do your research and think very carefully before spending your money here.

I ordered a dress from this company. When I received it three weeks later it was different than the product pictured. I ordered a size medium and was sent what looks to be a 3XL. There are no tags in the garment to say what size it is or the brand. It is very poor quality. I have emailed the company three times about a return/refund and commented on their facebook page. I have not received an email response and they have deleted all my comments on their ads and FB page.

Do not buy. Agree is zero star was available that would be my rating. A complete scam. When product finally arrived , the quality was shameful. Ordered a small dress and received something other yet the tab was removed. Returning for full refund impossible. We’ll see if they actually provide partial refund. Learned my lesson, review companies before ordering. They should be removed and shut down. Shameful!
