Hello Cake addressed my concern, even though it was a product they didn't produce , but it was a product of a company they bought.

Problem resolved hopefully the new product received does not fail. If it does I hope for the same experience again in other words, I don’t believe I have a warranty on it, but if it is faulty, I would hope for an honest replaceable with no charge due to all the grief I’ve had over yawls products as far as Customer Service has gone very smooth thank you

First of all your products rock ! customer service is outstanding had a issue wasn’t a problem they replaced the toy since then we bought more and they didn’t disappoint me and my wife love the products will keep buying!!!

Bad bottles
Something has changed in the dispenser of the Tush Cush. Lube is great but I bought 3 bottles and with all of them the top has separated and come off. I would attach a picture if this review allowed it. I’ve bought the same thing in the past and haven't had an issue but now I have three useless bottles. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing them again.
