Clear health has made this entire process simple and clear! I am going on month 4 of Accutane and so far so good. 😊 I will do another review once I’m completely finished. If you are experiencing acne, I suggest giving Clear Health a shot. You won’t regret it.

I had a really smooth experience with Clear Health. The entire process is online, straightforward, and well organized, which made getting started feel much less overwhelming. Communication was clear at every step, and I appreciated how easy it was to understand what was required and what to expect next.

What stood out most was the convenience. Aside from completing required lab work locally, everything else was handled online, including intake, follow-ups, and guidance. The platform feels thoughtfully designed, and the care team was responsive and professional throughout the process.

Overall, Clear Health made something that can feel intimidating feel approachable and manageable. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a simple, efficient, and transparent experience.

Easy and great customer experience - I was able to communicate with dermatologist online without having to take my son in for appointments, got reminders for check-in appointments, and the entire process was done outside of normal business hours which was a life saver! The medication prescribed has been very effective - 6 months in his skin is significantly better and the dry skin and occasional joint pain was well worth it to clear up the teenage angst!

My experience was 10/10, I’ve never had better hospitality and service as good as clear heaths, they’re amazing.

I think that the process is a little difficult. The constant bloodwork is not convenient. Should I just go to a dermatologists?

Clear Health was the easiest to use for my son’s acne. The Dermatologist was always on call for anything we needed. Medication was sent each month with zero flaws. I would 100% recommend this company to any and all friends.

From the get-go, hello clear Health made everything transparent and gave me all the information I needed! Everything can be found on the website regarding things to consider, possible side effects, and how the process will go. And the fact that the Dermatologist’s appointments are on time every month is perfect so that I can ask my questions.

All in all, this has been a better experience than all of my Dermatologist appointments in real life!

Low-dose Accutane has changed my skin and I highly recommend you think about it and try it out!

Absolutely do NOT recommend using clear health. It takes 6 months to achieve the recommended dose but it was so incredibly difficult for them to contact my provider or review any test results within the strict 7 day window they give you to pick up that I’m not even kidding EVERY single time I was taking multiple pregnancy tests (which aren’t cheap) just to pick up my medication. It took me almost a full year to make it to 5 months only for them to suddenly cancel and tell me I couldn’t continue for an issue I had at the start of treatment that never changed while I was on the treatment. I had the WORST experience with them and do not recommend giving them a penny. It is not worth the headache or pain that comes with it.

Such a great overall experience! From the beginning, customer service was amazing and very responsive to any questions. The accutane guidelines are very intense and Clear Health was able to follow the guidelines and make it as easy and convenient as possible. I had amazing results with the accutane and would highly recommend them to anyone with severe acne! My only regret is not starting the process sooner!!!

The doctors are quick to respond. I got my orders quick. The evaluation process is quick and easy and the doctors are ON top of everything making sure I’m taken care of.

Absolutely the best & easiest way to do accutane. So convenient to do the monthly progress checks from home. Saves so much wasted time at the dermatology office. 10/10 recommend.

As an accutane "veteran," I found this a really convenient way to get the medication and care that I needed - without having to jump through hoops and spend hundreds at dermatology offices (believe me, I've done it). Even though this care is remote, they take your health very seriously, and make sure the whole experience is very safe for you. I'm about 9 months in and I love it, and I'm so grateful it exists. I haven't had to utilize the call feature since I'm pretty experienced and have been through this process before, so I can't speak to that, but the instructions in my account are very clear and hepful.

Very straightforward! Im always answered quickly if I have any questions. The entire process has been smooth and relatively easy.

You can get the accutane prescription you are looking for but support when issues arise is limited. You get generic answers back.

Taylor from customer support has gone above and beyond to help me get my account back current after taking a break and got me started up again. Taylor took care of everything on his end in record time and even called my pharmacy when they gave me a hard time. Taylor solved my problems and followed up with his results by text which was outstanding. Highly recommend using clear health.
