We had a brilliant experience with Nook from start to finish. They're a really lovely, passionate and personable team who are incredibly skilled at what they do.
Jen's creative eye is fantastic, taking my very rough drawings and turning those into the bookcase I imagined perfectly, tweaking and providing advice on on the various dimensions and aesthetics very patiently!
Nick and Luke worked so hard and very quickly, had obviously worked to an extreme level of attention to detail and created the most beautiful pieces to assemble in our home - with clear and kind communications along the way and consideration for our little baby during install too which was very much appreciated. We absolutely love the finished bookcase and know it will be a staple in our home for years to come. Highly, highly recommend Nook for any bespoke home projects, everything about it was 5* from initial enquiry to the final fit.

Samples sent out on day of ordering and then Nick helped to make sure my order was sent out before their annual break, also refunding cost of samples from the final invoice! First class customer service 😊

What a lovely company to work with. Mine is a tricky piece of bespoke work, but they have CNC machines so they could handle it with precision. They gave me a quote that was fair for all that was involved, which I was happy to proceed with.
But then I was recommended a completely different, and much simpler, solution - not involving joinery - to the original problem. Given all the work already they had already done to understand and quote for the job, I felt it was only fair to pay a substantial amount, as a non-refundable deposit, (ie. regardless of whether the alternative suggestion proves viable). But Nick was totally understanding and said there was no need for that.
I could already tell from our discussions that they are highly professional and capable. I will happily return - whether for this or other work in future. Absolutely 5 stars on all counts!

Hello Nook did an amazing job fitting my round the door bookcase and secret door bookcase. Their attention to detail was fantastic and even sourced a suitable book to use on the secret door. Installation was quick and very pain free! Highly recommended !

This is my 2nd time ordering their scallop edges, I love them! The package came quickly and with a wax seal note, such a lovely touch.

Nick, Jen and Dave provided a brilliant and personable customer service from the first enquiry through to the design process and completion of the work, which was finished to the highest standard. They listened to our brief, gave excellent advice re: design styles and colour combinations. Jen, in particular was excellent at this and also helped us being brave with some of the options and taking us outside our usual comfort zone. We felt that they really took on board what we said and in addition were very patient with us when making decisions and then re-visiting any changes in those decisions before finalising the builds. I cannot recommend them highly enough and we are already planning more projects that we would like them to come back and do as soon as possible. Price-wise they were competitive when compared to other quotes from well known national competitors, but i firmly believe that their work ethic, bespoke service and quality of finish is worth it. My wife and I are extremely happy with their work.

The perfect piece of trim for a project I’m working on! Arrived quickly too. And of course as soon as it did arrive, we could sudddenly see other things we could also add it too, so I had to order more. Very happy!

The HelloNook team are fantastic! I was dithering for ages about what type of storage to have in my small flat, with the added complication of needing to make it cat friendly so that my cat wouldn’t lose vertical space. The HelloNook team helped me design 2 alcove cupboards. One of the alcove cupboards is ‘standard’ storage and was sized to fit my files and printer and lamp. The other alcove cupboard matches the look of the first cupboard, but in actual fact the shelves have holes strategically cut out so that my cat can climb through the shelves to the top of the cupboard, where there is a cushioned cat bed! The design is great! It’s feels both new and familiar at the same time as it fits perfectly into the flat. The cupboards are well made and solid. The process went very smoothly from design to installation of the cupboards. The HelloNook team are really friendly and enthusiastic with great design ideas, advising on on style and feel and colours. They are skilled at fitting. For me, the added bonus was that, like me, they love and own cats and they also like the colour pink! :-) In fact, their cat did a test run on the shelves first. One of the team members also has an inspiring Instagram page where she posts about her home decor. All of this made me confident I was choosing the right team and I was right :-). Thank you to Nick, Jen, Dave, Luke and Laura!

We spent ages researching bespoke furniture companies for our alcove refurbishment, and I'm so glad we went with Nook. The design process was terrific. They fitted every feature we wanted into our limited space, as well as offering great advice about details we hadn't considered, like trims and handles. The end result is functional and beautiful. Communication was great throughout, and the install was completely stress-free. I would definitely use Nook again. In fact, we already have a project in mind.

From the first contact, until the job was completed they have surpassed all my expectations. Stunning workmanship and an all round great team. I am thrilled with my alcoves and bookshelves. Sublime attention to details.

We contacted 3 independent companies for initial conversations to build custom shelving, cupboards and desks for a study/snug that incorporated space for music, books and workstations. Nook was by far the most responsive to our needs and we are delighted with the finished work. It is truly customised and original and achieves a great balance of functionality and beauty. It is bold and quirky but feels stylish enough to outlast current trends. The process was highly collaborative with ideas and drafts passed both ways, but it was lengthy (it is a marathon not a sprint), however the timeframe was spelt out from the beginning. It was well worth the wait.

Just fab from first contact, install & end product. We are thrilled with our alcove storage & window seat. Would not hesitate to recommend Nook.

I could not recommend Nook more highly. I came across Nook via a recommendation on Instagram (I have no prior connection with the team) and I feel so lucky to have found them. From my first call (of many) with Nick and a site visit with Nick and Dave onto video calls with Jen about colours and finishes right through to installation, the Nook team have been a pleasure to deal with. They do what they say they’ll do, on time and in budget and the end product is absolutely beautiful.
