I previously placed a negative review for this company, but had mistaken them for The Deco Nook who are a scammer lighting company. I have no experience with nookdeco.co.uk

I discovered Nook Deco visiting friends in Bristol. I loved the unique furniture and with working from home I needed a desk but couldn’t find one. Xiuli showed me a desk on their website and I checked the measurements when I got home. The desk found me - with help from Xiuli, who arranged delivery at a very reasonable rate. Needless to say I’ve spent more time admiring my desk than working at it. I will be making another trip to Bristol soon and a visit to Nook Deco will most definitely be on the agenda. Taken delivery of grey sideboard, looks stunning in our dining room, delighted. They could not have been more helpful or efficient. Delivery was quicker than expected, very reasonable delivery charge. We were kept fully informed on the day of delivery and item was extremely well packed. Would definitely buy from here again. Fantastic service from Xiuli at Nookdeco. Ordered a beautiful Console table and requested it to be delivered after a certain date. Plan changed and had to be brought forward to which which Xiuli was very accomodating and arranged for my convenience. Was kept up to date on the order progress and the delivery was as smooth as it could be during this busy festive period. To top it off, Xiuli gifted a beautiful tassel to go with the console table. All in all, perfect service from Xiuli and all at Nookdeco.

Ordered two wonderful antique Chinese cabinets. They are lovely pieces in fantastic restored condition. More than anything, however, Nook Deco was super to deal with - we don’t live locally so I liaised solely by email and phone. Xiuli was super helpful and accommodating in organising delivery. Can’t fault the experience and would order again.

Some time ago we had the pleasure of coming across Nook Deco in Clifton and knew we would love to buy a piece of furniture for our refurbished house.
Fast forward to now and we have had the most gorgeous painted sideboard delivered.
Everything about this company is fantastic including the friendly service and answering a multitude of questions patiently whilst we made up our minds!
The sideboard is even more fantastic than it looked on line and it felt at home as soon as it arrived.
We would not hesitate to recommend.

I have recently purchased a second Chinese tassel from Nook Deco for a gift after buying a first for myself. The first arrived within a few days which was a surprise considering the postal situation in recent months. After ordering the second I emailed to request that it be sent as a matter of urgency and received a quick emailed response. My parcel arrived this morning (2 days later) and was sent special delivery for which I did not receive any further postal charge. Furthermore they were both beautifully well packaged. Absolutely fantastic service and I definitely hope to be able to buy some of their furniture to furnish our newly purchased house in the future!
