I’ve been using HelloSkip regularly as I build my business, and it’s become one of the tools I check most often. The platform is updated frequently with useful new features, and it’s clear the team is actively improving it based on user needs. I learned about SKIP this week and am glad that I was able to attend my first LIVE. I must say it was impressive. You all not only shared information about what's forthcoming, but also sought feedback from the entrepreneurs. You even took the time to show someone where to find a link! It was great to see what other entrepreneurs are doing!

Today, my only concern was not knowing the process of HOW to claim your cash/credit winnings or what the credit winnings are used for. A newcomers link that would take us to documentation explaining the winning process would be very useful. (Perhaps you already have this in place. I and others haven't found it just yet.)

This platform is amazing for small business owners like my self. Not only do we get a chance at winning grants twice a week, but we also get the tools and technology to enhance our business.

It's a great way to be a part of such a cohesive group of people and also perhaps raise money for our businesses.

At first I thought they were about helping business get funding. So I tried it out and I specifically told them not to share any information that I wasn't ready to share without asking me first. I meant my personal information and aspect of my business. I was checking out my business digital footprint and sure enough they did exactly what I didn't want to. To make things worse they or their AI poses as me encouraging people to call me or text me to my personal phone. Some of my business details were shared that I didn't want out yet. I can't even get anyone over the phone to talk to to ask them to remove it. I reported the problem to their AI customer service, I have sent emails requesting them to remove my personal and business information and the haven't returned a reply. Because if them they, my personal phone, email, business email and business phone number have be subjected to non stop scam that I had to change everything. Trust me the money they offer, is not worth giving your information and business information out.

wonderfull experince with skip gives small buisness many opportunities to be seen, funded , featured

1). This company has lied multiple times they have not received my email when I am requesting my refund.
2). After sending them multiple emails, they finally replied as me to revise the charges from my bank. I disputed unauthorized charges to my back they charged without my consent. They promised after I revise the charge they would give me my refund of $25 in March but they lied again.
3) They is a money hungry lying company. Give me refund of $25!!!!

It would be excellent if there was an option that allowed me to delete my account/information. There isn't. Every app, business and even social media accounts offer that easy one click DELETE ACCOUNT option. This feels like a digital cult I can't escape.

I love that Skip is dedicated to helping business owners through their grants! It's amazing to see some of the faces of the winners and see all of the support in the chat rooting for them. It makes you not feel so alone as a business owner. We are all in need of funding at some point in time and I'm grateful to Skip for helping out with those financial burdens.

It was great to watch real businesses win real grants that help them achieve their goals and support the mission and vision they have in place. Being of service to others is it's own reward but being able to find that purpose is an amazing gift. I love it.
