I joined Skip with despair that my business would need to fold. Yet being in this great community, I haven't and won't. Here in Skip.com, I get seen by people across the country. Over 3,000 views on my business page and somehow I'm 6th in the State! How exciting. I hope to win money. I show up bi-weekly to discover. I like it. Join us.

The Instant Grants format was great and based on the completeness of your profile, you can be entered to receive even more during the event. Live format was nice as you got to see other businesses online with the same goal - build their business.

HelloSkip does a great job helping small businesses get seen. I really like that customers can purchase directly from businesses through payment links, so sellers are not forced into a complicated marketplace setup. It keeps things simple and actually drives real support to small brands. I've even had a couple sales from my product links.

The weekly drawings are also fun to watch, and everyone who enters has a chance to win. It feels transparent and community-focused, not gimmicky. Overall, it’s a solid platform that puts small businesses first and makes discovery more accessible.

I’ve been active on Skip for approximately three months and have already won, which says a lot about the platform. Today, I missed the $1,000 live grant call, but thanks to the Grants Lock feature that I invest in monthly, I still won $225 in credit instead of walking away with nothing, which is what prompted this review. That win alone essentially covered a few months of Skip Plus costs, and then some. The Skip Plus features are absolutely worth it, and this win made my investment feel completely worthwhile.

Beyond the grants, the community is amazing; positive, high-energy, and full of business owners cheering each other on! 🥳 Between the weekly grant opportunities, smart features, and valuable tools, Skip is a must-join platform for both new and seasoned business owners. It’s an excellent investment in your business, and don’t forget, it’s also a tax write-off. You really can’t lose with Skip… even if you tried! 😄

Great program, great experience, only downside is you have to be online to receive grants. A lot of new start ups are putting in so much time and energy they either can't or forget.
