The first company, Yellow, was a total bust when compared to my last company All Hours Appliance Repair. The first company spent lots of time dicking around, but didn’t realize I needed a new icemaker. All Hours diagnosed the problem immediately. YELLOW DID NOT.. they actually blame me the customer for inadequate operation of my icemaker. Please tell me how one does that! Please delete Yellow from ever coming to my house again!! they were incapable of doing what Super pays them to do.

It was only 2 months after we bought the home with the warranty that our AC unit went out. It was easy to start a claim and I got several text messages and calls with progress. They were all friendly and helpful with questions, and I had alot. This was my first experience with such a claim. They chose Cool Blew for repair. Cool Blew was great at knowledge and communication too. I would highly recommend 1) a home warranty, 2) getting it thru Super, 3) investing in the better warranty plan. We only paid a minimal co-pay and our AC is fixed. This warranty saved us thousands of dollars. Thank you Super!
