Friendly and Supportive Team!
The team at Helm have always been really supportive of us and helped to set up so many processes, they've supported us in completely turneing our wwarehouse processes around. We started working with Sam who introduced paperless picking and supported with a location system set up, he always went the extra step. Kane continued to manage our account and was extremely resposive and always helped to dig into difficult situations whenever we needed it. And now we are managed by Arda who is incredibly knowledgable and always a friendly smiley face on every single call!

Adam was great in the initial discussions which gave us confidence to go ahead. Kane who managed the on-boarding was absolutely first class and a delight to work with. Kane was polite, knowledgeable, patient and gave us reassurance that any issues would be dealt with. Kane summarised actions each time and guided us through the process and was understanding in the need to work to our timelines. Excellent service

Great System, and amazing support
I've spent a good few months looking at systems, trying to find one that was a good fit for my business, at a competitive price.
Adam was great with sorting out demos, answering all the questions I needed to ask, and spending the time getting to know my business, and its needs.
Onboarding by Kane has been excellent, and comprehensive and from the first call had a clear understanding of my business requirements from Adam.
The system itself is set up in a easy to use way, so I was able to do a good bit of the groundwork myself (or set the system up to do it for me!) I was up and running within two weeks, alongside running my business.
The real magic happens when the team help you set up the systems, rules and integrations. Those tweaks make such a difference. I have reduced the time it takes to pick and pack orders by about 75%, and reduced errors (incorrect item picking and shipping selections etc) down to practically zero.
The real test was when i had my first large shipment arrive. This would normally be days of work. Within 2 hours, the stock was booked in, and stored correctly within the warehouse, and available for sale.
Shout out to the support team who work away in the background sorting tickets, or tech queries. Quick responses, and don't mind if you ask the 'obvious' questions!
For a SMB like mine, it's like having an additional full team ready to help me out.

Massive improvement on my previous provider
Started looking for a new stock system at the beginning of the year and came across Helm. Reached out to them and got a super quick response from Kane who jumped on a call with me really quickly. He was super helpful in making it clear how Helm could improve our operations and how it was great value, making my decision to switch a no-brainer. The agreement signing was very efficient and I felt truly valued throughout. After this, the onboarding was top tier. Customer service is something our company massively values, and Helm, specifically Kane, exceeded my expectations in terms of helpfulness, response time and effectiveness. Any issues I had were either resolved immediately or sent straight to a support team with clear communication and follow-up throughout. I would massively recommend Helm WMS to any business looking to find an inventory management software that has genuinely strong customer support. Big thanks to Kane!

Harry - Training Call
I had the pleasure of being on a call with Harry. As a third party on the call, I was more spectating but Harry was a true credit to the Despatch Cloud Team. He was extremely knowledgeable and so polite/patient with the client. He was very informative on new products and kept things basic as it was daunting for our mutual client. He's a true asset to the team and shows that the teams don't just train and leave them, they're constantly being updated on new products etc. Was a joy to be on the call.

After much research with other software…
After much research with other software providers online and with demo's I decided to proceed with Helm to support the running of my 3PL. The onboarding was superb and highly customised to my requirements. Almost 7 months later we are over the moon with the decision to work with Helm.
The team are friendly, support is rapid (and a huge plus is that there is no extra cost for support), and there are new features and updates appearing almost weekly.
Would highly recommend using Helm for your business and the team are great!

HelmWMS on-boarding
We've been going through on-boarding process, live testing and now using the system alongside our old system, while we migrate everything.
The system is well made, with a lot of development work clearly still being put in to further improving it.
The on-boarding and support teams have been the really seller for us. We knew we would never find an off the shelf system, perfectly customised to how we work. But having the great on-boarding and support teams, means we have had wonderful, quick support finding solutions and making everything work in what is ultimately a better overall process flow for the operations.
