Corey, my onboarder, has been amazing.
Due to not have any kind of system in place before signing up for Storefeeder, the onboarding process has probably taken longer than usual.
Corey has been very patient throughout this process, helping me along the way and getting me set up.
Now that I'm almost there, I can really see the benefits of using Storefeeder, from warehouse management to fulfillment.
Having one to one support is really refreshing, at a time where most other services I use have such awful support. Well done Storefeeder!

We've been using StoreFeeder to manage our Amazon orders and inventory, and it's been great! We needed some customisations, and Corey was always on hand to help, responding immediately and sorting things out every step of the way.
The system itself is easy to use and perfect for keeping our inventory organised and centralised. Even if you're not particularly tech-savvy, you'll find StoreFeeder straightforward and user-friendly. Plus, it integrates smoothly with most marketplaces and couriers, making things even easier.

Thank you Corey and storefeeder for all your help in streamlining our business operations at The Cards Man. Our business has an unusual setup as all our orders are bespoke, however this was not a problem for Corey who took time to understand our business needs and helped find the best solution for us. We had a couple of teething problems when we went live but Corey quickly sorted these out. Corey spent his entire day when we went live on video call so he was ready to step in if any problems arose. Outstanding service and we will be a SF customer for a long time going foward!

We've been using StoreFeeder for about six months after transitioning from a comparable system, and we're glad we made the switch. StoreFeeder has proven to be a significant step up in terms of quality and stability, all while maintaining the features and workflows that suit our needs.
While there are too many features to cover in a single review, the standout improvement for us has been the mobile scanner app. It's user-friendly, efficient, and has noticeably improved picking speed and accuracy. It also streamlines tasks like booking in purchase orders and performing quick rolling stock checks at the end of the day.
The onboarding process was straightforward, with a special thanks to Matt for expertly guiding us through it.
Now that our small team has mastered the core processes, we're exploring the system further and discovering even more ways to benefit from it. We've found the knowledge base to be a particularly helpful resource, answering many of our questions and opening up future possibilities within StoreFeeder.
Overall, we're very happy with StoreFeeder and are pleased to add another well-deserved 5-star review.

This review relates purely to our onboarding experience with Storefeeder which I cannot fault. Our onboarder Jack was amazing. He was knowledgeable, patient, helpful and super responsive to our many, many questions. We had a long onboard but that was not down to Storefeeder ... it was our lousy data, mismatched SKUs and complex kit products.
Thanks to Jack's encouragement and unwavering support we now operate in a paperless environment which has totally transformed our operations and made us look super professional! Picker error is vastly reduced, management order process time is saved, training staff is a breeze and we cannot thank Jack enough for encouraging us to make this huge step!
In the space of 9 months we have gone from manually printing all of our orders out, generating postage labels, matching them to invoices, sending them through to the warehouse, relying on staff knowledge to get the order right..... to pressing a few buttons so that the warehouse team can access their orders on PDAs and print their labels out on mobile printers (which we bought used and saved a fortune!). The impact for us has been that beneficial that, as management, my business partner and I can now take a Sunday off work which used to previously be spent processing the weekend orders for the Monday morning rush. What used to take 3-4 hours is now done in less than 15 minutes.
I will post a second review on the actual Storefeeder system which we have found does not fully meet our needs and is, in some instances, very frustrating.

We have been with Storefeeder for over 10 years and we have enjoyed every minute.
The support time are always there to support any queries we have and tickets are always responded to in timely fashion. The endless lists of integrations that StoreFeeder offers means we can run an OmniChannel Business from one location.
We also take advantage of new features that Storefeeder introduce and the account management team always ensure we have all the resources available to implement them in our warehouse.

We decided to move heavily into the B2C market having been a distributor for over 20 years. For this to work we needed to buy into an Order Management System which was a very daunting project.
The offering varied widely with many systems being "bespoke" and demanding a large upfront development cost. Storefeeder was the only system we reviewed that did NOT require this which was a big draw.
The StoreFeeder system is very much "plug & play" allowing you to connect up your Shopify / eBay / Amazon accounts simply by entering your credentials. Adding your courier accounts is just as easy, Royal Mail is the exception, but this is all handled by the StoreFeeder team.
The system took a little while to get used to BUT it is one hell of a system when you know how to use it. It is entirely scaleable, and the costs move moderately as your sales increase. It also has its own built-in WMS which has been essential for us.
The Storefeeder team from the top down are excellent, and always happy and helpful when you need it. Storefeeder is by far the best service provider we are working with, and I cannot recommend the system more!
