Very poor customer service experience
Very poor customer service experience. The cleaner was scheduled to clean the home on the 01-02-2025 and this was a reoccurring booking. Myself and the cleaner had communicated severally before the day of cleaning and every detail was finalized. However, the agent had only sent In the request to cancel the appointment only at the time of the appointment. I had already made plans to receive him and canceled all other appointments I had to set this in motion only to receive a text just at 10am that morning for a cancellation, reason he got another appointment last minute and he had to cancel mine. This is very unprofessional and I am disappointed for the service.

I found my cleaner prompt and helpful.I was able to ask him to do specific tasks and he did them well.I would recommend Helpling to anyone.Website was easy to navigate and paying was easy.

Dire company
I have nothing good to say about this company.
Dire service. I booked a cleaner, agreed a price and paid. A week later they charged my card again, I mailed them and they refunded it but then another charge popped up on my card. When I raised it they said it was extra service fees. I had not agreed to these so this constitutes fraud. Awful service.
When I posted the above on Google reviews they responded saying they had refunded everything, they have not and are lying to try save face. Sham of a company, best avoided.

As we already wrote in reply to the Google review, please check your email for the proof of total refund and ask your bank about it if you don't see it.
As per the reasons about the later charge, we never say it's "extra service fees" but - as stated in our T&C: "In case of recurring bookings (weekly or fortnightly) canceled by User after one appointment and not rescheduled, the Service Providers reserve the right to request and receive their compensation for the provided Services based on the one-off rate, if it is higher than the recurring rate."
We hope this clarify once more the matter.
