Second time I've had to use the service. The only way to progress reporting a maintenance issue is to talk to an AI chatbot that is entirely unhelpful and contradictory. Talking to the bot is framed as optional so I didn't use i this time, and within an hour an AI chatbot had contacted me on whatsapp and was prompting me to use the AI reporting system in every message
Every Aidenn deep link I received was broken , tested on iPhone 14, Windows 11, multiple browsers, Wi-Fi and mobile data. Not a user error.
I then spent a long time in the Help me Fix support chat being asked for the same information repeatedly, given irrelevant troubleshooting advice, and ultimately told the bot couldn't actually do anything , no engineer booked, no ticket raised, no reference number given.
I was left without a working kitchen with zero meaningful support. The platform failed at every stage. Would not recommend.

Charged 66 pound for a cancelled call out. The business model appears to be based on gaining money through trickery and producing no labour.
It may well provide a good service where their client is prepared to actually pay for someone to physically come out. But my experience when this service is used by estate agents managing properties is terrible. All they are paid to do is tell you how to switch your electric or water off. Solving the problem, getting your heating, power back on forget it!
Used by my rental company for emergency repairs/faults. Great response time, Paul was knowledgeable & polite, fixed my problem. Good service.

I was very quickly connected to an engineer who then quickly transferred me to someone with the correct expertise for my issue. The second engineer immediately diagnosed the issue I was having with my boiler and had the ticket put through. Both engineers were polite, professional, and the issue was explained to me clearly. No complaints for the service I received.

Although we needed someone to come in person for the repair, the engineer on the video called helped me with turning the water off and isolating the sink where the leak was, he was very nice and helpful and stopped me panicking. The video service is great!

Our stay at a holiday flat in Norwich was ruined when we found that the gas boiler had failed and there was no heating or hot water. After two days we were connected to Help me Fix. We couln't hear the engineer despite the phone having passed the tests. We used a different phone and managed to speak to a helpful engineer, Robert, who arranged a service visit. Over 24 hours later no-one has contacted us and we face a third night with no heat or hot water.

I was locked out of my flat and the engineer that I dealt with, Andy, was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me resolve my problem.

We were contacted late afternoon on Christmas Eve and the engineer was friendly and helpful. He really did try to fix the problem via video as we had no working hob for Christmas Day.
