I reported the problem to fixflow and they sent a link to connect to an engineer quickly. The engineer was very helpful with the video link and by showing him the leak he was able to identify the problem and order parts which are being fitted today I believe

Lovely man and tried to help em fix it myself first but the filter was jammed so he quickly got me the help needed and a visit organised

Video chat was easy to use just the change in camera from front to back wasn't always the quickest.
The engineer understood the problem and realised it was an emergency and ensured that my issue was sent promptly to the people concerned.
