I’ve been coming here the last couple of years,. I was a total newbie , but right from the start I have to say the customer service was beyond my expectations. Explaining to me the different products, even a few samples. I’ve ordered a few times since, last minute, and they always deliver.quick , efficient , reliable and friendly. What more?

Thank you so much for this kind review Rachel. It's great to hear you're enjoying the Thermabalm, not such good news on the patches. Sometimes it takes a little trial and error to see which products are best suited to you. If you need any further help feel free to reach out at anytime. Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
