Poor on many levels
In summary:
No item 1 - stock out established 10days after order placed
£106 out of pocket for 20 days
Item 2 - late & wrong address (and will now be held in a storage box for 3mths)
Lots of failed promises and false hope. Poor logistics, poor communications (to customer & to logistics provider) all leading to very poor customer service

Quick delivery and easy return
Quick delivery and easy return. You have to email them for a return label but I got mine the same day. I send in the return a little more than 30 days after my purchase but it was no problem and I even got the delivery fee returned. Ordered the same sweater in a different size and everything went smoothly once again. The Acle knit sweater is if great quality and super comfortable too.
Customer Service - Good
Recent warehouse move meant a delay in getting a refund but Customer Service (Amanda) was great once they knew of the issue and dealt with it quickly. Would use again, coat was top notch (in sale too!)

Great purchase, love the coat I have bought from HL. I had purchased two as one was too big. Amanda was very helpful and prompt with issuing a refund after I had emailed her about this.

Thank you for your prompt delivery of the package. Unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with the quality of the cap. It appears to be cheaply made, which does not align with the standard I had expected from Henri Lloyd.
My disappointment stems from the product itself, as its appearance and craftsmanship fall below my expectations.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and advise on the next steps.

The response from the business was rather bland, not why you thought the product was inferior, instead you can return the product in 30 days !!!!!

No reply from supplier Internet…
Made a purchase over the Internet (O/N HEN126568) however the product supplied is to large and does not fit. I've tried to return using the free DPD service but when entering my order number HL system does not recognise my order, i think this is due to the order being delivered by Evri and not DPD.
I have emailed and called there retuns number several time but until now i have not received a reply. The phone number just goes to voicemail.
Let down over confirmed order
I recently ordered a jacket from the Henri Lloyd website which was accepted (even got an order number) but a few days afterwards, when I was expecting delivery, I received an email saying it was out of stock. I was offered a 10% discount on another full price item but why would you think about ordering again after being let down? Very poor service

Leider habe ich die Ware nie erhalten. Der Transportdienstleister Hermes hat die Sendung verloren. Henri Lloyd behauptet trotzdem das ich die Ware bekommen habe. Die Verlustmeldung liegt vor und Henri Lloyd hat dieses ebenfalls von mir bekommen. Seit November 2024 warte ich auf eine Erstattung. Ich hätte nie gedacht dass ein renommiertes Unternehmen sich so gegenüber den Kunden verhält.
Promise free returns, but do not send you the returns label
They advertise free returns, but you have to email them so that can send you a return label. I have now emailed them 3 times and no reply.

Had bought a pair of Explorer trousers…
Had bought a pair of Explorer trousers (in Grey) previously in the year and was delighted with them so decided to purchase a second pair ( in Navy) based on that experience. The trousers that arrived had changed in so much as the number of water proof zips had reduced to one on the front. At £135 this was not what I had expected & after examining the pictures of the explorer shorts which I have two pairs already it appears the same has happened to these……. not at all happy as the product was not the same………..I was requested to give a review of the product by Henri Lloyd & did so but surprisingly it has not been published!!!!

Just recently bought the Mens’s Cool Breeze - Navy Blue and Breeze Jacket - White with the matching Sail-Tec Caps in both colours. Not only is the style and quality of the brand superb. But the staff as well were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my needs.

Poor service destroys brand value
Order acknowledged paid extra for next day 4 days later they messaged one item out of stock. Still on website as available. They still wanted to send other item on order! At these prices you expect better. I asked for full cancellation and refund so I can buy reliably elsewhere. Still no confirmation but will definitely post again if not recieved today.

Great quality shorts.
Bought a pair of shorts from HL last summer which were a great fit, feel and showed no real signs of wear and tear so bought another pair a few ago. Same result. Quick delivery times and receive discount offers every couple of weeks too. Always a good company to deal with.
Be very wary of this company
I ordered a Gilet with next day delivery. I received the standard purchase confirmation email but nothing else. I have tried to contact Henri Lloyd by phone, email
and WhatsApp but have had no response. Their only phone is a mobile number. I would advise anyone to be very wary before placing an order as I am not sure of this company’s status.

Ho comprato una giacca Consort X-Plorer Extreme, ho sbagliato la taglia ed è stato molto semplice rendere l'articolo tramite corriere DHL. Ho contattato l'assistenza via email che mi ha risposto velocemente e aiutato. Ho successivamente ordinato la giacca della taglia giusta, la giacca è molto bella e la qualità è alta, ed è fatta in Polonia, non è il solito prodotto cinese. L'ho usata con temperatura vicino ai 0 gradi in una giornata con vento e pioggia e sono molto soddisfatto per l'isolamento dal vento, acqua e freddo. Consiglio di migliorare il sito online creando un account per gli utenti dove monitorare i propri acquisti, mettere i preferiti e gestire i resi, inoltre le istruzioni del reso non sono chiare.
I bought a Consort X-Plorer Extreme jacket, I got the wrong size and it was very easy to return the item via DHL courier. I contacted the email support who quickly replied and helped me. I subsequently ordered the right size jacket, the jacket is very nice and the quality is high, and it is made in Poland, it is not the usual Chinese product. I used it in temperatures close to 0 degrees on a day with wind and rain and I am very satisfied with the insulation from the wind, water and cold. I recommend improving the online site by creating an account for users to track their purchases, bookmarks and manage returns, and the return instructions are not clear.

Ho effettuato un ordine consistente in una giacca, una t-shirt e un berretto. L’ordine è arrivato un capo alla volta e la t-shirt non mi è mai arrivata. Così, dopo aver inviato un mail al venditore, ho deciso di richiedere il reso dell’intero ordine ma, ad oggi, dal 16 aprile, non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. ATTENZIONE: questo sito NON ACCETTA PAYPAL, pertanto è probabile che nessuno mi rimborserà. Esperienza pessima.
