My first order...
This was my first order with Heritage Parts. Needed a replacement cordset for a Robot Coupe immersion blender. They had them in stock and shipped promptly. When received, I noted that the part was incomplete. I contacted them and they sent the missing pieces but someone should have checked before the initial shipment. This cost me about 90 minutes of time, since I had to go back to the customer's site to complete the repair after getting the missing pieces.
My other complaint is the high cost of "shipping and handling". $26 to ship a power cord that would have gone for $8.50 in a USPS padded flat rate envelope. I mentioned this to the helpful support rep, but no offer of credit was given, in spite of the aforementioned issue.
I doubt I will order again.

Parts came quickly and the sales person was nice.
The major concern is the shipping cost. It is OUTRAGEOUS! Bought a small handful of screws and was charged $20 . I won’t recommend buying from this place because of the shipping charges!
