Heritage South has supported me when my family wasn't able to help me, they helped me afford school, they helped me fix my credit, they helped me buy a car, they helped me buy a home. They watch for issues such as debit card fraud. They helped my brother buy a car when his back wouldn't. They help when others can't. Heritage South helped me when no one else could.

They know your name when you walk in there and the Ladys that have been there for awhile are great at their Job. I've been with them for 30ish years.

Shelbyville TN branch no longer has the small town feel. I use to walk in and know everybody working. The whole atmosphere has changed and not for the better. Also the debit cards suck. Im only a few more declined transactions away from finding a new bank. Its getting old going in a store and looking broke and stupid because my card has a "glitch".

I usually go to the drive thru and have always had a pleasant experience. Just about everyone who waits on me knows who I am and that means so much! Everyone is always friendly and eager to go that extra mile if needed!

I have always felt welcomed when I got into a branch. The tellers are all friendly. I want to give a special thanks to Amanda W at the Lewisburg branch. She’s phenomenal. I love knowing that Heritage has my back.
