I received a e-mail informing me that my account may have been accessed and not by me. I called 207-221-5000 Extension 1311. I spoke with a young man named John who has the patience of a saint. He explained how things looked on his end and went on to explained that my accounts were safe. He was so patient even though I kept interrupting him because I was nervous. Please give this young man a pat on the back as he really did a great job! my name is Bonnie OReilly and I will be eternally grateful to John.

I have been a member of Evergreen credit union since 2012. I have excellent credit a score of 813, and wanted to get a personal loan to consolidate my credit cards Into one payment. I was told that I would have to close all of my credit cards in order to get this loan. Are you serious?! Anyone who knows how credit works knows that if you close your credit cards out it drops your score tremendously. After all these years, I am going to be closing out my account with Evergreen as they have not helped me or my husband with any type of loan needs in the past few years, even with stellar credit! And it’s not like we have five dollars on the account we have thousands of dollars on deposit with them!

I had been unable to get out to do errands and called the bank for help. The person I talked to at the main office was courteous and very helpful in letting me do my business over the phone.

Quick response. Had an issues Sunday accessing my online banking. I knew there wasn’t much would happen but had sent an email and got a response first thing Monday morning.

I forgot to deposit for an automatic withdrawal from my account before going out of town. It resulted in 3 OD,'s. My fault, not the banks. I called and asked if there was anything that could be done to help. Sean in the Naples branch, listened to my woes and was very compassionate. My husband's been out of work due to knee surgery in the spring and our funds are getting low. He was able to reverse the fees which was a huge blessing! I'm thankful for a bank that still connects with its customers in a small town way!

Every time I call Evergreen credit union for my mother, who is 81, the service is exceptional. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. My parents always had an account at Evergreen, but we recently are moving all of her accounts from a big bank to your credit union because of the outstanding service.
