Heritagewillwriters Avis

Straight forward professional service for writing my Will from Rob. After a conversation on the phone to discuss the various options available, it was an easy process to complete. I would highly recommend Rob at heritagewillwriters.co.uk

Rob visited our home and took the time to listen carefully to our wishes for the future of our estate and how we hoped to protect it for our children. He made the entire process clear, straightforward, and stress‑free. We are very grateful for his support. Thank you.

Kevin was extremely helpful, patient, and empathetic. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy to understand. I highly recommend Heritage Will Writers.

I have been using Rob and his team for over 17 years to look after my will requirements and am more than happy with the high standard of service they offer. Always responsive to queries and friendly and professional too. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service!! From the point of contacting Rob, having the home visit, discussing what was needed, and having a finalised will was all completed in a matter of days. Rob knew I was due to be away and was keen to have it completed before I went and pulled out all the stops including completing amendments as well. Rob provided excellent guidance and points for consideration including the structure of trust within my will and has even arranged secure storage. Would highly recommend

We first used this company in 2016 and were so pleased with their service that we went back to them this year. Rob replied to all emails promptly and explained everything in a clear understandable, professional way. Would highly recommend this company.

My Mother/Father-in-law, who also used Rob’s services for years, recommended Rob Hatton to us to arrange our Wills, which we’ve been putting off for ages. Rob was friendly, knowledgable and easy to chat to that he’s put us at ease for our meeting. He answered any questions we've had, explained clearly of the process and made us aware of scenarios we hadn’t thought of. It was a straight-forward and effortless meeting that I wished we had it done sooner. We highly recommend Heritage Will Writers to anyone who would need this service…. Seriously - get it done, it’s a weight lifted off your shoulders! Thank you, Rob!

Rob originally wrote my will ten years ago and explained all the ins and outs in a way that I could understand. Recently I had to update my will. Again he made me aware of all necessary information by phone call and proceeded to complete my will in a speedy and professional manner.

Fantastic service from Rob, who I would highly recommend. I was putting off doing my will fearing it would be complicated, but it was quite the opposite. Rob was patient, knowledgable, with excellent communication, nothing was too much trouble, definitely a 5* service.

Great service. Rob made everything simple and straight forward. The whole process was far simpler than we thought it would be and wished we hadn’t put it off for so long.
Highly recommend.

Doing a will seems like a minefield especially when you have remarried and have joint children and children from a previous marriage. Rob made it easy to understand and gave us guidance about our wishes and asked about things we hadn't thought about so every eventuality was covered. He was very professional and offered a very prompt service. Would not hesitate in recommending him to friends and family

We have used Rob for many years. As always, he is very responsive, professional and easy to work with. he communicates very well with my mother who is deaf, and he is very patient with her at all times. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone who is looking to update or make a new will.

We met Rob over 14 years ago when we first made our will , he was so acknowledgable and spent time with us explaining all the legal jargon so it made sense to us and easy to understand, forward to now , and I telephoned Rob so we could make some changes to our will , he came over to our house and over a cup of tea we made the changes , it was so easy and pain free , in all those years between our first meeting with Rob , he's still the same friendly person and so easy to talk to and he gave us a lot of good advice .I would recommend Rob at Heritage Will Writers 100% .
