Heritagewillwriters Avis

Rob originally came out to our house in October 2018 to assist myself and husband in writing mirror wills. Rob was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional, dealing with all our queries and requests with compassion and understanding. He answered all questions succinctly and clearly and provided us with our documents in a timely manner. Writing our wills with Rob was a stress-free process that occurred from the comfort of our own home.

I have recently re-contacted Rob and was, again, greeted with professionalism. Rob dealt with my queries quickly and could not have been more helpful.

I would highly recommend Heritage Will Writers to anyone.

We were very impressed with Rob he made us feel at ease. Guided us with writing our Wills. He came highly recommended by our friends. Visited us at home explained the whole experience. We would highly recommend Rob.

Rob originally came out to the house to help with our wills. An excellent service was provided.
An updated will was recently needed, Rob again provided an excellent service.
Would highly recommend.
Many thanks Rob.

Our experience with Heritage Will Writers was fantastic.
We had been putting off arranging our wills for a number of years.
Rob came out to the house and made the whole experience effortless.
We didn't feel rushed or under any pressure and I really don't know why we waited so long now.
Thanks for making it simple and straightforward.

Rob was recommended to me when I first thought of making a Will some years ago. Having no idea how to proceed I was very grateful for the calm, professional way in which Rob explained and guided me through the process during a pre-arranged appointment at my home. Recently I needed to update my original Will and was concerned that this might be complicated as I am no longer resident in the UK, however, communication with Rob was very easy and with one phone call followed by a couple of emails, my updated Will was prepared, posted to me for signature and witnessing and reposted to Rob. I was grateful to receive an email acknowledging safe receipt of the updated Will. I would definitely recommend Rob and Heritage Will Writers for a very professional service.

Rob was absolutely fantastic and made the process so easy. I have already recommended him to 3 other people.

Rob Hatton came to us for a home visit. Rob was very professional and answered all of my questions clearly.
Ours is a slightly unusual case , but Rob has covered all angles and we are very pleased with the final result.
We did not feel rushed or pressured into anything, and so pleased that we used his services at such a reasonable price.
We would highly recommend Rob and Heritage Will Writers for anyone who is looking to do their Will or Estate Planning.

We used Rob Hatton at heritagewillwriters.couk who reside in Kent.
We had an excellent service and spoke to rob many times regarding Different aspects of our will whereupon Rob was never too busy to answer and guide us. So different from using a Solicitor (which we have used in the past which was very costly and not been advised fully) therefore we would thoroughly recommend him and his company.

My mum used Rob at Heritage Will Writers and he was brilliant when my mum passed away recently, so much so that my wife and I have just updated our wills using his company, Heritage Will Writers.

He did a home visit and has been really helpful when constructing our wills and providing professional advice on what it should contain - nothing is too much trouble for him and I would not hesitate in recommending him, very friendly and a first rate service.

My wife and I have been customers of Rob for nearly a decade and I wouldn't go anywhere else for the management of my will / power of attorney. Rob is a smashing chap, follows up and through on commitments and has great attention to detail. I've recommended him to all my friends and family, and more recently I know my Mum has also rated his services. You'll be in safe hands - couldn't recommend Rob highly enough.

My wife and I were meaning to get our Wills sorted out for the past couple of years but we weren’t sure who to use, then my dad put me into contact with Rob after he did the Wills for both my parents and late grandad.

Everything was done over email, although I had the option of phoning and talking in person. But there really wasn’t any need, as Rob’s email gave me a simple easy to follow list of points to consider, which made everything far easier for me to understand.

Everything was made easy for me to understand and I found service efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend Rob to others, many thanks.

We was put in touch with Rob 15 years ago as he wrote my parents Wills and he wrote up our first Will. 15 years on we have had him update our Will. Rob visited us at home (was pre covid) he’s very informative and helpful in giving advice on different aspects in the writing of a Will. He sent through the draughts very promptly and has always been a pleasure to deal with. His prices are fixed and are very reasonable. Would recommend 100%.

This is the second time we have used Rob’s services. He is always accommodating and generally meets at your home so you feel comfortable.
Rob has a wealth of information and has helped organise our wills. Rob makes suggestions you can explore to help make your will as efficient as possible giving your loved once financial support. I recommend using his service. He was very quick at getting back to me with a meeting and then drafting our wills.

Professional, thorough, personable and reasonably priced, also one of the few will writers who carry out amendments without charging for a whole new will.....
