I recently got my sleeve done on the 15th January 2024 and let me tell you, I really had a pleasant experience with Hermes clinic. My surgeon was super amazing. Truly cares for his patient. The extra effort and care they put is truly commendable. The friendly staff made the whole journey extra easy. The support, tools and techniques they provide you are so easy to follow. I am exceptionally happy with their service. To Dr Cenk, the nurses at Baypark hospital, Bubu and all the staff that I may not name. Thank you so much for what you do for people like myself. You are changing our lives, one surgery at a time. Continue with the good work. Teşekkür ederim🥰❤️

My experience was great 👍 I did the gastric sleeve i was well look after the staff and doctors was good there was a translator I was really happy with that so I can understand what was going on the doctor check on your progress every day the staff was really helpful they assisted me with whatever I need I was reassured that everything was gonna be ok before and after surgery overall experience was great 👍 thank you

I was well look after and seen through every step from entering he hospital till after surgery the tram took really good care of us. My wife supose to do the gastri bypass as well but due to the good doctors they advised it was in her best intrest not to do it due to medical reasons which we did not know existed .

Hermes was fantastic as always, this was my second visit from England and I was met with friendly, happy, kind people.
My surgery was a great success and I was greatly looked after by staff and the team.
I felt at ease and safe at the hospital and after in the hotel. I could always communicate by phone if I needed anything.

Could not thank all at Hermes enough, especially to Bulent, Ziya, Zehra and all the nurses. From arrival I was made to feel at ease and there was nothing to worry about and they could not of be more right.
The aftercare was exceptional throughout, all staff are friendly, professional and polite, I am getting messages a week later asking how I am and how my journey is, these guys genuinely care.
Hermes you have changed my life forever and I cannot thank you enough.

I want to thank Dr Fátima, a rhinoplasty doctor for the excellent work, and her advisor Meltem Kilinçat for all the advice given to me, people of excellence and total credibility, I also ask that the human resources department when hiring the hospital advisory team be more attentive. with those hired so that there is no embarrassment to post-operative patients, congratulations and thank you very much. Dr Fátima, and the same nurse who did my post-operative care and Miss Meltem, you are incredible.

Went well. Would have liked more help at the airport and Hospital. You just get dropped off.
Other than that friendly helpful staff. Operation not that painful.

Outstanding quality of care. My whole experience from start to finish has been great. The hospital was very clean and I was very well looked after.

I had many appointments before my procedure to check that all was ok with my health. I felt so reassured and very calm.

Sometimes communication was difficult with the nurses by my interpreter Mevce was amazing. She is friendly, kind and it’s like having a big sister with you. Nothing was too much trouble for Mevce and she could be reached at anytime of the day.

I am doing really well and so happy I made the decision to travel to Turkey to have my procedure.

I had a gastric balloon inserted in July. Everything went really smoothly all thanks to Mevce who translated for me at ease. She made sure everything went to plan and I had everything I needed. Rooms were big and spacious, my husband and 5 month old were accommodated with me. 😃

Awesome company with great customer service. My medical interpreter was Mevce, who took me to all my tests. She came to check that I was OK throughout my stay. She was absolutely fantastic so friendly,helpful and caring.
Everyone was so welcoming and friendly which I was very greatful as I was travelling on my own. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly. The hospital was great and all the staff are fantastic. Was put in hotel for my last night which turned out to be a spa, which was a lovely surprise. Again all the staff there was fantastic. Throughout my whole stay everyone was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The only thing I could fault really was the transfer company used as there was quite an extensive wait for them to collect me from the airport when I first arrived. They stay in contact even when you've returned home which is really nice, truly do go above and beyond. Thank you all especially Mevce you truly are a star.

I had a fantastic care at Hermes. Nurses, doctors, cleaning staff and admin staff were patient and quick to clarify when needed.

I went to Hermes for my gastric sleeve in October it was a great experience the care was second to none cannot rate them enough and my coradinater mevce was lovely and a great host 100% great

Outstanding quality of care.
Clean hospital and rooms more like a hotel than hospital. Made to feel very welcome, comfortable and safe. Top equipment and thorough testing carried out prior to procedure. The process was explained in great depth, given lots of opportunities to ask questions. Doctors fantastic! Attended each morning post op to check up on us. Some nurses struggled with communication but having Mevce our interpreter on hand 24/7 was a huge help! Mevce was with us every day and made sure our requests were met and nothing was too much trouble for her. She told us to contact her at any time day or night if we needed anything and did her best for us.
Very happy we chose this clinic.

Nida made my whole experience great she made me feel at ease with everything she was always by my side making sure i am ok and walking and drinking water ...she felt like family in a foreign country... well done hermes on having such great staff sheyma was also good and very responsive and suppportive...thank you to nida you are forvever in my heart and special
