The care i have received from Hermes has been exemplary! My co-ordinator was Nida and she looked after me so well, explaining everything, visiting me often, answering all my questions… and there were lots!!!! And also calming my fears and holding my hand.

Great experience, 1st my husband in 2022 had a gastric sleeve and now me TT and liposuction. Well informed of everything and great members of staff. Highly recommended.

My experience from start to finish was brilliant,from booking the op, arriving at the airport and hospital,all the health checks,the surgery and aftercare,the last night at the hotel,I felt at ease and at no point was I not taken care of 😊

Chose Hermes not on cost but reading good reviews. Initial treatment went well with dentists that communicated everything they were doing with reasons for doing it. Fast forward six months to the second treatment session and what an awful experience. The dentist was a masochistic butcher. Not at all communicative (probably because he couldn't speak English) and for Four days blasted through the treatment, spraying gum numbing solution everywhere before ramming needles into my jaws to numbing my mouth. He couldn't get it right and ended up squirting more numbing agent into tooth cavities as he wasn't getting the results he expected. Needless to say the second spell of treatment was extremely painful but the dentist couldn't give a toss just rammed my head into the seat and muttered the only understandable word he used often "still!"
On the last day a "go between" explained that there's aftercare and a guarantee and a couple of weeks after returning to the uk, I would be getting a follow up call. Guess what, no such call came through.
Upon returning I realised I'd overpaid for my treatment and requested a refund. No one was interested in this and when I complained that the implants were wearing down and the ridges of the crowns were rounding off they asked me to put my phone in my mouth to take photos of the crowns! I did better than that and bought an inspection camera to take clearer images of said crowns and sent them through. After three weeks with no contact I messaged them and was told the dentist was off and could I send the video again as they had mislaid it. Did that and still another fortnight went before I contacted them about my refund and what was going to happen with my now rounded off crowns. Nothing, no refund but they did call back but I missed the call due to work commitments. Then one of the crowns fell off whilst brushing my teeth. Contacted them again for advice but no reply so had to get it done privately. No NHS dentist available for three weeks.
I told them I'd write a review of my experience with Hermes and this is it.
Beware prospective patients, they're just after hard cash. If you go with them insist you have a dentist that speaks English. Get details of ANY aftercare they say they provide. From where I sit there is none and never was any.

The staff were very tentative, gave me a wealth of information in the build up, during the process and afterward. The hospital was extremely clean and the service has been exceptional.

Overall a great experience and I’m so pleased I chose Hermes, great communication before and after the surgery and always at the end of phone whenever I needed them. My only slight negative would be that when I arrived at the hospital from the airport there wasn’t anyone to greet us so we were left wondering what to do or where we go! I would have contacted them but I had no access to internet. But because my experience was so good it was soon forgotten I would definitely recommend them. 👍🏽

Brilliant company to get a new smile with, hotel was beautiful and transfers wer always on time, the end product is amazing don't be scared to get in touch with theese guys you won't be let down.

Allow me to express my profound appreciation for the affordability of the services provided. I am elated to have undergone the surgery, an endeavor that would have remained beyond my reach in South Africa without medical aid.

The transport arrangements were impeccable. The conveyance provided was not only aesthetically pleasing but also executed without a hitch. The punctuality and amiability of the driver ensured our safe arrival at the medical facility.

Upon reaching Medical Park after a lengthy 14-hour flight, I was promptly attended to. The translator assigned to me exhibited remarkable proficiency, guiding me through consultations with various specialists and facilitating the multitude of tests requisite for the approval of the gastric sleeve surgery. Despite my apprehension, their reassuring presence was a source of solace.

Following a brief respite, during which I managed a fleeting moment of relaxation with a brief shower, I was prepared for the procedure. The subsequent administration of anesthesia ushered me into a peaceful slumber.

Upon regaining consciousness in the comfort of my hospital room, I was pleasantly surprised by the superior quality of the accommodations. The attentive care provided by the nursing staff surpassed my expectations. Despite the language barrier, the availability of Wi-Fi enabled effective communication through online translation tools. Their vigilant monitoring, including nocturnal checks, coupled with the provision of fresh linens and sustenance, left no room for dissatisfaction.

The surgeon's compassionate demeanor and comprehensive responses to my inquiries instilled confidence in the healing process. Their professionalism was commendable, leaving an indelible impression.

Upon discharge, the transfer to the hotel proceeded seamlessly, without any disruptions.

In summation, my experience with Hermes was nothing short of exemplary. Every aspect of my journey, from arrival to departure, was characterized by efficiency, compassion, and professionalism.

This experience was amazing, the staff and management was exceptional. Doctors are world class and so professional. Felt like home away from home during this surgery. Ill definitely recommend this life changing experience with Hermes clinic to anyone.

I went to Hermes clinic on the 16th January for a gastric sleeve with Dr Zafer Cenk. When we arrived were picked up in style and looked after. The room we had at baypark hospital was lovely, very spacious. My mum was my companion and was very hungry when we arrived the nurses helped my mum order food every night as she was a fussy eater. When I had my surgery the next day I was well looked after. The test were very efficient and quick and very quick having the surgery once the test were performed. Every morning dr cenk and his team would come and check on me, nurses were very good with pain relief as well and encouraging me to walk around. The dietitian and patient service advisor were excellent and spoke great English. Overall I’m very pleased I’m now 8 weeks out and I’ve lost 4st and feeling amazing. My confidence is back and I’m so glad I went with Hermes for my surgery.

I give 5 star review, I looked into many clinics asked for prices etc told them all my medical history and it were only hermes that asked for my medical records and photos of my previous operations all the others just said yes they will do it, fast forward 8 weeks and I'm nearly 2 weeks post op everything went really smoothly and I'm feeling great the test befor the operation were fantastic and after care were great, we got sent to a lovely hotel, all transfer were all on time. Even befor the operation the correspondence from hermes was great they always reply pretty quickly. I booked this sleeve out of the blue and panicked thinking what have I done but I can assure you I worried for nothing. Can't wait to go back once I've lost the weight for a tummy tuck. Huge thanks to hermes and Dr cenk I'm very much looking forward to a new me .

Amazing experience with Hermes Clinics. I visited the medical Park hospital and from start to finish the entire experience was excellent! The pre op examinations are so in depth and if anything more thorough than a UK hospital. I flew from Manchester in January and have since lost 3st 8lbs in 7 weeks! Could’t be happier with the entire experience! Thanks again Hermes Clinic! This experience has genuinely been life changing and my only regret is not getting it done years ago!

Eventually found pick up at airport, taken to what I can only describe as a drop in centre in a basement, at this stage I was ready for home. Nobody spoke any English, had chest xray and bloods taken, finally taken to ward, 2 floors up.
Again no english spoken, just went to bed still thinking tomorrow I would go home.
Next day, finally someone could speak English, had numerous other test done, got my name mixed up with somebody else at one stage.
Surgery that afternoon, once down to surgery, no English yet again, so no idea what was happening.
Recovery was OK, painfull first few hours, but once they got you up it did ease.
Fast forward to discharge day, no goodbyes, dressings were not changed, even though I asked, taxi driver came to get me to go to the airport.
Glad I had it done, but nothing like the pictures I was sent, or the description of what would happen.

Serena the interpreter was amazing she answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable. She went above to look after me made sure I had drinks. She also went through the plan and explained it all propley to me. I would give her 10 out of 10 for all her amazing work and all that she did.

I had a gastric sleeve 8th February and was nervous.. but from the time we arrived at the baypark hospital I felt at ease with all the tests, Dr's and the lovely English speaking coordinator Ziya, me and friend was put at ease, the surgeon introduced his self and I knew then I was going to be taken care of and the lovely Zehra, and nurses Fatima, Duygu and others their care was exceptional nothing too much trouble, so if anyone is feeling nervous about coming here to have a gastric sleeve let me assure you that you will have the best care and service, leaves me to say all the very best to all staff included in my journey and keep doing what you are all doing... making a difference to people's lives... thank you all xxxxcx

From start to finish I had a great experience. Thank you Hermes for taking care of me, thank you Seyma my coordinator for making everything very easy to understand, Ziya and Bulent both of you made us feel so comfortable you were always there for any questions we had thank you so much.Zehra you are amazing thank you for all the nutritional help and having a meeting with us and answering all my many questions. Finally to the clinical staff : thank you to all the day and night nurses you went above and beyond ( special mention to mama Fatima for all her hugs, Doygu and 21-year-old princess who does night shift you guys were amazing), and to my surgeon, Dr Zafer thank you I was so scared about this surgery however you made it so easy and you checked up on us every morning till I was discharged thank you Dr and the rose on valentine’s day topped my experience. I am now back home in recovery. Thank you Hermes for everything.

What an amazing experience!
I found out about Hermes Clinics online and did a lot of research on them; I sent them a DM and they were so quick in their response - that was really the start of this great journey. Erman is an amazing point of contact - reachable within literally less than five minutes, at whatever time of day. He arranged everything. Arriving in Turkey was something out of this world. From the VIP transfers (a service for all their patients) to the AMAZING hospital, to the phenomenal doctors (Dr Samet), to a DREAM TEAM led by Ms Nida - a kind, patient, caring and extraordinarily loving soul; I am forever grateful.
