Hermes Clinics Avis 

I used Hermes in 2022 and have just used them again in 2024. Delighted with the service always contactable and the work they do is amazing. My surgeon was so friendly and i loved the trip. I would highly recommend (I have already recommend them to a family member )

I have to say that my experience with Hermes was fantastic, I have no words to describe it. The process of healing is going ok and i didn’t have any problems.

Everything was so easy and straightforward, from the initial consultation and quotation, paying and booking.
I was met at the airport and transferred, the hospital was immaculately clean and staff were friendly.
Hospital general staff had little English but were courteous and helpful, but doctors and specialists spoke great English and the translators were on hand for any tests and before and after surgery.
The transfers were comfortable and on time.
The hotel was fabulous.
Great value for money, I would recommend and use again in future.

I had a gastric sleeve with professor Samet and his team
On my arrival they started doing test immediately ready for my surgery following day
Surgery went as planned and my recovery was assisted by a lovely team of nurses who where very thorough
The broth/compost isn’t the best so I did take my own clear whey sachets to have with water
My translator was so kind and helpful
I did also ply all the staff with English Cadbury chocolate which went down well ☺️
All in all my experience was fantastic

My name is ferdous islam from south africa.My journey to turkey was a dream and i have a medical issue,i did shere my medical problem to harmes clinic. They understand my problem and organise my paper for medical visa.i apply with that paper and embusy gave me 10 days stay in turkey.today is 3.05.2024.i finished my all medical issue and 04.05.2024 going back to south Africa. In my whole journey i need to thanks seyma,zeynab and special thanks to nida from harmes clinic.thanks all doctors from medical park hospital.i wish to meet them again sometime in my life.and thanks to my translator. Appreciation to the baypark stuff and Hermes team, from the time i took a decision to do gastric sleeve Erman was communicating with me throughout. Organising airport shuttle till i arrived at the hospital. I was alone but travelling from South Africa to Instanbul was made easier for me.

Day of the operation, i only remember being taken to theater and next thing i was woken up. No complications, nurses met all my requests. The surgeon would come and do checkups together with Hermes staff.

I strongly recommend Hermes Clinic to anyone who wants to do bariatric surgery.

I had Sleeve Gastrectomy at Medical Park in Instambul about a month ago. I was made very welcome and treated very professionally by the Hermes team. My coordinator Nida was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much for them if you need their help or advice.

I have been consulting with Hermes team since October last year and I cannnot fault their service. They are truly there for you if you need them. Seyma and Basak are amazing too.

I had the Gastric Allurion Balloon and I am really happy do start seeing the results. I had the best experience. Members of staff are very polite and helpful.

Right from the start the response from Hermes has been outstanding, no question was ever made to feel stupid. The pre op checks that were carried out were so thorough and reassuring, again when a potential problem was found, this was investigated further with specialist cardiology doctors. My surgery went well and the aftercare from the staff was excellent, I felt completely safe. Since returning home I am recovering well, carefully following the dietary advice I was given, I am 10 days post surgery and have nothing but gratitude for all that’s been done for me, thank you.

Best service received. From the airport the driver was professional. To the hospital the English translator that received me (miss Ece)Hermes co- ordinate (miss Nida) and Dr Samet Yardimci assistant (miss Mevce) all the ladies with a warm loving heart and professional they made me feel like I had a companion, received phone calles and daily visits from all of them. Day one in Hospital i had full day test/checkups done to make sure that i was fit for the oparation. Had my oparation on the 1st of April 2024.Thank you Doctor Samet Yardimci for the best gastric sleeve procedure, it was smooth and successful, it been 3 weeks now after the operation and I have lost 7kgs. I had my gastric sleeve surgery just over two weeks ago and I am very happy. I have been pain free ever since I got home. The staff are very friendly and approachable even with the language barrier. All the pre-op tests were done efficiently with a translator explaining every step. I am now starting my new life steadily losing weight. Thank you so much.

I came in for a Gastric Sleeve. Numerous tests were performed prior to surgery ensuring that it was safe to proceed with the operation.
During these tests they discovered I had a Gall Stones and I opted to have my Gall Bladder removed at the same time as the Gastric Sleeve operation.
The operation went well. The surgeon visited twice a day to check on me. The nurses were really great. The hospital was spotless. The interpreter was excellent.
I can't fault the staff or hospital in any way and would highly recommend Hermes to anyone

Friendly and reassuring staff. Care was exceptional, ran all the tests before my operation and made me feel at ease. Doctors explained everything to me and the surgery went really well. No complications. Carried out all the final tests before I left and made sure everything was ok. They gave me a diet sheet and explained everything that I could and could not eat. Would definitely recommend this hospital.

Keep well away from hermes clinic.there scammers.all they want is your money.and most of the reviews are fake or put on by themselfs.there a shower of crookes

The kindness of the nurses and doctors, the helpful feedback and all the suppprt has been amazing. I would highly recommend anyone to seek assistance from Hermes clinic for gastric sleeve. They are great.

The staff from being picked up from the airport and transferred back from the clinic to the hotel are so efficient and friendly. At the clinic I needed more work done than I thought. I was nervous at first. However I was made to feel so relaxed. The staff here are so lovely. Serena my representative is amazing I am here alone but she has put me at so much ease. Hope she will be here when I come back. Will highly recommend this place. Lots of people are waiting for my recommendations back in the UK including my general practitioner
