Hermes Clinics Avis 

I had my gastric sleeve on the 8th July 2024. My whole experience from booking right to the very end was absolutely amazing. I wasn't nervous for the surgery because I'd done so much research. I booked this company knowing lots of people who had used them before. I can't fault them at all. As soon as I booked my flights I sent them the flight details and within hours they got back to me with all the details about my hospital and hotel stay. They communicated to me every step of the way. When we arrived in Turkey a video that had been sent to my email showed us exactly how to find the driver and we were escorted right to our car. When we arrived at the hospital we checked in with no issues at all. The nurses don't speak really good English but what can we expect when travelling to another country. But if they struggled to understand they would google translate it. The tests were started straight away and then we were shown to our room. It was massive. My husband was my companion and he has a chair that pulled out into a bed which was very comfortable. We had a clean and fresh room. I couldn't have asked for more. Day 2 and the tests continued in the morning. I attended the test with a few other people having the surgery done. Our companion was allowed to come too. We was told what each test was for by the coordinator who spoke really good English. And would translate everything for us. I had my surgery done quite late at 4.30pm I will be honest it was very painful but the nurses would give me pain relief when ever I asked for it. They were amazing. The surgeon came to check on is every single day. If I was going to change anything or advise anything it would be for the companion. The good they give the companion is very very Turkish and small. I would say make sure you bring Turkish lira with you and you can walk for about 20 minutes in the heat. My husband wasn't fed 3/4 times and would have to go to town to get his own food. Luckily for us he will walk anywhere but I know some of the other companions wouldn't go out of the hospital. There is a small shop down stairs in the hospital where they can have free tea and coffee all day. But to buy food if nearly impossible in there. Only fruit and small snacks. Google maps doesn't show many shops around the hospital but honestly if you walk for like 5 minutes you'll fine loads of shops and very cheap. However if your a man you need to wear a top because my husband was thrown out of a shop because he wasn't wearing one 🙈 it's not a tourist area at all. When we were transfered to our hotel we went for a walk we didn't have much around us and I wasn't supplied with shakes or anything after leaving the hospital, luckily I wasn't hungry at all but finding food for my husband was quite difficult. We were supplied with breakfast but as a patient there wasn't anything I could have eaten or drank 🙈 our experience over all was 8/10 the hospital was clean and fresh. The room cleaned daily. I would definitely recommend to anyone to use this company. But 100% know the little deatil about your companion Xx

I booked with Hermes as it was recommend to me by a friend who had been with them and had the same surgeon. The experience was very professional from start to finish with a few minor hiccups which was soon resolved. The transport was ridiculous they was late picking us up from the airport and late picking us up to take us to the hospital , this was soon resolved and no other issues with transport after that ! The cars are not like they show on the pictures there abit lore run down but still got us from A-B in the end . The staff at the hospital was fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us . There was one lady in the international office who spoke very good English but she was just rude to us , we was in a foreign country and just asked a few simple questions to which she was sharp and very rude !!! But the actual procedure and after care from the hospital staff was fantastic ! I would highly recommend Hermes . The hotel was clean and beautiful aswell .

I came for a Gastric sleeve on the 7th of July. My experience has been amazing all the nurses and the surgeon who performs my gastric sleeve was very professional. The after care has been good everytime I was in pain the always provided pain killers aswell as anti sickness. So far very happy. I will post with update of weight in 4 weeks but definitely recommend Hermes clinic all the staff are lovley and go that extra mile for you. Thank you for everything.

Aftercare is so awful or should I say lack of aftercare. hermes is a awful company to use stay well away hospital used fultly equipment resulting in me needing another surgery but hermes DONT care. Also add extra cost and are awful at responding to sort problems out.

P.S Hermes loves to delete bad feedback so will be reporting this everyday!

Will definitely recommend Hermes Clinics to anyone who is interested in gastric sleeve surgery. From the start Gozde was there to answer all my questions and arrange everything for my surgery date. Nida was so amazing during my hospital stay. She always brightened up the day with her energy and made the time in the hospital much more pleasant. The after care service is also on point with Meltem helping me all the way to recovery. She is always there to answer my questions and giving me guidance with my process. She really is a star.

Just wanted to say, my experience in having a gastric sleeve has been very good from start to finish. My coordinator has been a fantastic support, Which has been a great help, because you are going into the unknown. The doctors, nurses, surgeon, have all been very kind and caring and supportive, also after my gastric sleeve.Thank you for keeping me safe, and I am know in a gorgeous hotel, curtesy of them, relaxing before my flight home.

Well after having my gastric sleeve with Hermes Clinics, 3 years ago, and having a perfect experience, I decided to use them again, for an arm lift, and a full mouth of ziraconia crowns, I had chosen the surgeon I wanted as well, and investigated him thoroughly, and also that I would get temporary teeth, whilst mine were being prepared.
On arrival day I went for consult for arm lift with surgeon, the door opened and stood a totally different surgeon, apparently my chosen surgeon had left 6 months ago, I was shocked, but decided to go ahead with the surgery, that should of been next day, but he told me that was not possible had to be day after, also to change my flight as was to early to go home,
Next day went for first dental, the man dentist had to shave my teeth, he kept adding injections until he numbed my mouth so much I was unable to move my tongue to swallow, I kept telling him no more needed, before he done this I asked about temp teeth, he said that is extra money.
Next day had my surgery, was in theatre until 8pm, in a room at very end of ward, was put in door shut sides of bed up, and nurse call button no where near I could reach it, Dr came at 10am said I would be discharged at 12 lunchtime as all was well, then advised I was going to dental at 1pm, even though I was still full of anesthetic, could not keep my eyes open, hospital manager came at 12 and basically evicted me from room, took me to dental, had a lady this time, who was trying my teeth for adjustments, I was tipped back in chair, half asleep and they kept falling ING to back if my throat, I told her, and she told me to keep quite and open my mouth, then put more impressions in, I told her she was cutting my skin again told me to shut up, by this time felt really tired and rough, had a drain hanging from each arm as well, then found out my coordinator not working in hospital that day and no transfer back to hotel been made, hospital manager arranged this, got to hotel and my room had expired so had to sorted out again, had drains out yesterday and teeth put in, im supoosed to still be there until Tuesday but got flight last night, so they not aware i have gone, just had to get home, could not take anymore, i would advise anyone go elsewhere

O meu pai fez o tratamento de implantes dentários all-in-6 na clínica Hollywood Dental com o serviço todo organizado pela Hermes e ficamos muito agradados de início ao fim.

Inicialmente pretendíamos fazer o all-in-4 mas devido ao diagnóstico da tomografia do meu pai não foi possível fazê-lo, pelo que o cirurgião recomendou o tratamento all-in-6 sendo o mais seguro e o mais eficaz para este caso em particular.
Fiquei muito surpreendida pela abordagem e pelo forma como explicaram o diagnóstico tão detalhado e claro.

Agradecemos desde já a toda a equipa Hermes e clínica pois fomos muito bem recebidos e o tratamento não podia ter corrido da melhor forma, mas muito especialmente a nossa tradutora Natalia que nos ajudou imenso em todo o processo e mostrou-se muito atenciosa em todos os passos e nos manteve sempre informados.

Ainda falta mais 2 visitas mas estamos mais do que entusiasmados para que ver o resultado final pois sabemos que valerá a pena todo o processo que sabemos que não é fácil.

Super recomendo a Hermes pois a nossa experiência foi muito positiva.

Going to Hermes Clinic for Gastric Sleeve surgery was the best decision I could have made, all the staff was very helpful and attend to my care needs accordingly. I was patient centred, and im very pleased with my result. The staff still remain in contact to check on my progress especially my translater. Great service, lovely people, will

The doctor was amazing and the staff were really sweet.
The only problems I had for the whole 6 days I was with is that the towels weren't big enough ( I came for a gastric sleeve) and there wasn't any night nurses that spoke good English so I hat to use Google translate

Amazing, friendly, and supportive team, good services, everything on time and on plan. Nida! Nida ! omg she was amazing she gave the patients positive vibes and energy, so kind and considered all her patients like her family. I had only one concern during my stay there and it was about the Dr who did the procedure he met me once only I didn’t get the chance to met him before surgery although a very good, friendly Dr was checking on me after surgery but it would have been better if the doctor met his patients himself and make the connection and trust.

I went to Hermes clinic in Turkey for a gastric sleeve in October 2023.
The whole experience from booking to the follow up after care has been more than I could have expected.
The initial consultation was speedy, informative and directed in a way that an informed choice was 100% mine. There were no sales ploys, all my questions were answered promptly and were individual answers rather than a standard response.
The meet at the airport was on time, despite out flight being late.
The nursing staff were efficient, I used google translate to help, and they did too, but most had a good command of English. I had an interpreter, who was with me for all the pre op tests, which were extensive, and more comprehensive than that done in a UK private hospital. I saw a psychologist, a dietician, the surgeon, all with plenty of time to allow any questions to be asked.My surgeon spoke English, reassured me and was professional.
Surgery went seemlessly. Minimal pain, and a lovely hospital room. My mum was well looked after too, as she accompanied me.
Five days later i flew home to the UK.
And returned to work. I have had no issues following surgery, have been monitored and supported from Hermes with regular contact.
I have nothing but praise for the whole experience, and would recommend to anyone thinking of this procedure. The cost is a fraction of what it costs in the UK. I felt well looked after and safe, and should have done it years ago. My physical health is now great, I am off all medications, and I feel back to being myself again.

It’s been six months since I had gastric sleeve surgery, Hermes clinic has been with me every step of the way. I was worried that my surgeon is in a different country, but I can assure you all my concerns and questions have been answered even if I’m a thousand miles from Turkey. The customer service is incredible. This is the best decision I have made in my entire life. Thank you to Nida and all the other consultants who constantly check on me and share information with me. You guys are my family and I can’t wait to see you again in future

I used Hermes in November 2023. All the Staff is great. Amazing Clinic, Amazing surgeon and Nurses.
