The proposed artwork was absolutely…
The proposed artwork was absolutely nothing like the photo I uploaded. My horse looked nothing like my horse (different breed-type, different angle, with completely different markings - they used the exact same horse as they have on one of their stock artworks) and they changed my gender to a man! (Feel free to roast me for that). Needless to say, I did not continue to purchase.

Thanks for your feedback. Occasionally a first generation may not capture every detail perfectly, and things like image quality, lighting or the angle of the original photo can affect the result.
We’d recommend trying again with a clear, well-lit photo where your horse and their markings are easy to see. You can preview the artwork before purchasing, so there’s no obligation to continue unless you’re happy with the result.

The prints are absolutely gorgeous on high quality card. A small hick up as initially only one of the 2 items ordered was received (fault lies with Evrie); but very quickly sorted when I e-mailed Hero Frame.

Captured our boy perfectly!
Was a little sceptical about ordering online as have been bitten before, but I needn't have worried. A little hiccup on delivery but that was entirely down to the Courier. Absolutely delighted with our print, such incredible quality and it captured the image of our beautiful Boy perfectly. Thank you so much, would thoroughly recommend.

Very easy to use and upload a photo and the results are amazing. I bought 2 prints of my dogs and I love them. Delivery was quick and they come in a shaped protective cardboard box. Would definitely recommend
