You folks never answer phone calls or return calls. Furthermore, I purchased a Boltaron Holster (order #16081) on 10/20/25 $49.95. A week later this same holster is 15% less $42.46 I requested $7.49 difference be put back onto Visa card ending with 7452. Received zero response from support.

It’s a good/great non- lethal product, if you’re not interested in deadly force and it will do the job.

I purchased the combo about 4 years ago, the Hero2020 and the Aiiro. They came in a nice case for storage which I use for extra cartiridges. Fortunately, I have never had to deploy either of them. I carry the Aiiro in my purse and the gun in my tote bag that is always with me. The other evening walking out of my office I heard some noise and reached in my tote bag for the gun. It had some white powder on it which I assumed was some wintergreen mints that were thrown in the same pocket. I got to my truck safely and put the gun away. I brushed the white stuff off my hands and absentmindely wiped my hands across my cheeks. They started to tingle. Not realizing what I had done I began driving. As I drove my cheeks got hotter and hotter which made me wipe them more. I began to realize what was going on. I washed my face with soap and water as soon as I got home and went to inspect my tote bag. The bottom of the pocket was filled with white powder and little pieces of red plastic. When I looked in the gun I realized one of the red balls had completely fallen apart. The other ball looked cracked. I took the gun outside to fire the second ball which was very uneventful. I then discovered that the cartridge had expired 07/24. Humm...I guess I should have paid attention to that. I cleaned up my bag and ordered a replacement clip. My takeaway from all of this? It works! A tiny bit of powder that was over a year expired still threw a punch!

I bought my hero 2020 in the fall of 2024. It arrived without a laser sight. I called and they told me I ordered wrong. When I practice with it it doesn't fire two shots consecutively. They told me I was crazy. Here it is August 2, 2025 and my hero 2020s safety mechanism just fell apart like garbage. There are much better non-lethal weapons out there. Don't make the mistake of buying this one

I purchased a 2020 hero and Hoster in the waistband. The Hoster does not hold the weapon securely. It pops out very easily when setting not good.
