My Hero 20 20 misfire the training cartridge. Costumer service is sending me a new one. It got replaced real fast. They sent some extra training cartridges. Tested the new Hero 20 20, worked great. I now feel confident it will work when needed.

This product is easy to use and looks ok. It fires well and the flashlight and laser make aiming easier.

The customer service is top level. Questions and concerns given allot of personal attention. The products are timely and have unique features that makes them industry leading.

The Hero is a great and very simple non-lethal weapon!

The safety switch was is backwards from what I thought it supposed to be so I gave them a bad review and then I called him and they straightened me out and everything turned out great. We purchased the AIIROP pepper gel weapon and tested it using the trainer cartridges. The unit fired, however, of the four trainers deployed (two cartridges provided with the unit plus two additional cartridges purchased), only three shots fired properly. The other five shots were duds. The CO2 cartridges fired, but the gel seemed to have dried out and only a puff of blue powder was emitted. I haven't tested any active cartridges yet, but hopefully, they will have greater than a 38% success rate.

Follow up... Many thanks to Violet at Hero who promptly replaced the failed trainer cartridges. The new cartridges worked perfectly. Changed rating to 5 stars. Thank you!

I have both the pepperball launcher and the AIRO pepper spray launcher. I would say make sure to get several practice cartridges for each as neither unit fires straight at aiming point, they are both slightly off point of aim. Make sure you know how your unit fires so you dont get surprised if you ever have to use it. Aside from that I'd like to see a reloadable option for pepperball gun aside from the simple 2 shot cartridge. As it stands youd have to carry multiple cartridges to get 5 or 6 shots. If HERO could develp a reloadable multishot version like all their competitors that would be a big seller.
