If I could give them zero stars , I will, I ordered my goods since December 2024, still haven’t gotten my goods, it was one excuse after the other, their customer care is non existent, They told us they have transferred our package to Donem cargo and we should fill a google form which I did, it’s been months , no update from heroshe, my goods are nowhere to be found, Donem cargo also aren’t responding , they are the worse logistics company to ever exist

My experience with Heroshe this year has been extremely disappointing. I shipped goods worth over a thousand dollars at the beginning of 2025, paid fully for the shipping, and expected the same smooth service I was used to.

However, things changed when Heroshe informed us that our packages were handed over to another shipping company. We were asked to download a form, list all our items with reference numbers, and upload payment proof. I completed all requirements, but since then, communication has completely stopped.

To worsen the situation, there is no active phone number to reach them, and they have not responded to any of my emails. The other shipping company has also confirmed that they never received my goods, despite the fact that I paid and shipped everything through Heroshe.

At this point, I am deeply concerned about the whereabouts of my items and the lack of accountability. I am sharing this publicly in hopes of getting a response and clarity, and to alert others who may be experiencing the same issue.

This is a VERY deceptive and evil platform. they had my goods since november 2024 from amazon and till today, in the month of september, 2025, almost a year, I haven't heard anything from them about my products. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME SHIPPING FROM ABROAD INTO NIGERIA AND THEY JUST RUINED THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME. The platform is very defective, no communication from them whatsoever. they don't even have a functional customer support. GOD WILL GIVE YOU YOUR JUST REWARD HEROSHE FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO ME.

Please, don't fall into the scam of heroshe. I beg you with your dear lives. If you know what is good for you, never ever ever use this platform to ship your goods over to Nigeria, else you will regret it bitterly.

Please, if you are reading this and you know of anyway to take down heroshe through the law or whatsoever, kindly help us victims take action.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, no one has taken action against heroshe that I have seen and it seems they are living scot free. This isn't fair. Help Take justice and ensure they don't rob any more people of their goods and that they return the current goods that they have held that belongs to their customers. Many people have lost their means of income and survival because of this heroshe scam.

I used this company to ship an item last year, around August. However, the item never arrived. It was meant for my car, but because it never came, the car was left unused for three months. In the end, I had to buy another part and use a different company to ship it.

Around February, six months later, the company finally called me and said the item was not worth shipping. If that was the case, they should have informed me earlier instead of keeping me waiting all that time.

The issue wasn’t that the item was expensive—it wasn’t—but it was something you simply cannot find in Nigeria. On top of that, the shipping cost was even higher than the price of the item itself, so I had no choice but to leave it with them.

This wasn’t the first time either. The first time I used them, it took almost three months for my item to arrive. I thought maybe it was just a one-off situation, so I gave them another chance. Unfortunately, this second experience has shown me they cannot be trusted.

To anyone considering using this company, I say this with sincerity: be careful. They are not honest.

I have items worth more than $12,000 with heroshe which I bought from Amazon for my business and since November last year till today 19/6/2025 I haven’t gotten my items and they have turn off their support email and phone numbers you can’t reach them anywhere and their office in Lagos Nigeria is closed I went there to complain and the office is closed….. scammers avoid them

They are fraudsters. They received our goods in december and stole some claiming lost at airport. Moreover now they are demanding for another payment to ship remaining goods. The owner of this company is a money laundry businessman and play betting too kuch ik lagos and usa. Avoid them. They are thieves

I ordered $1200 worth of packages in December and January. For 4 months heroshe refused to ship them without sending updates. Then they asked for an outrageous clearing fee. I paid it, and even a MONTH later, my packages have not arrived.

Have contacted support MULTIPLE times to no avail.

Evil, terrible company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Heroshe thinks customers are stupid, they act blind to all comments, mentions and emails.
But they pop in once a week to send an email with old news and no new progress. Be ready to refund my money THIEVES!! Since October, they are now blackmailers with ransoms on packages. It’s almost 7months, over a year. These are people that are alive, probably using customers shipping fee to sustain themselves. Who knows if they won’t start selling people’s goods in the near future

Avoid these people with all your might. I had a washing machine they said they couldn't ship. And I scheduled a pickup of the machine but this useless company switched off their phone line which led to the pickup being unsuccessful. I wasted so much money in the process. And now they said they have dumped my machine in their old facility and will not be liable for it. That is a machine of $855 I lost in the process. Apart from this, I have a set of three parcels I paid for their shipping since January 7th and till now they have not shipped them. That is almost four months. I just had to delete my account with them cos I could not wait any longer. At the end of the ordeal, I ended up losing more than a thousand dollars.

Very disappointed in this company

If I could give them 1/4 of a star, that’s what I’d do. Their CEO is a pathological liar with some in built narcissism. Has ruined many businesses and lives but isn’t the least bit concerned

Don't! Don't!! Don't!!!. They took my money and have kept my packages from Amazon since November 2024 till date March 22nd 2025.

Their CEO, Osinachi Ukomadu kept taking people's money without rendering a service to them.

They promised to ships my goods within 10 workdays airfreight and I paid in full since December 20th. This is over three months, its lies upon lies, failed promises and unprofessional support

Avoid this company by all means, Osi is a great liar, they hold my packages for morethan 5 months, All they do is give useless excuses and lies, Avoid Heroshe, don't ship with them.

Very stupid company and set of workers.
I truly don’t blame them. Just myself for not taking more drastic measures and playing patience. This company has withheld multiple customers’ packages, refused to refund or ship items back, cut off all call lines (yes, US, Nigeria and UK lines all of which I tried) making it impossible to reach out to them and only responds via generic messages on the chatbox. If that’s not evident of fraudulent practices, literally don’t know what else is. I have filed a report via BBB and recently, the FTC (reportfraud.ftc.gov). I have also contacted Delaware state police to file a financial crime police report and to the IC3 (ic3.gov). And soon enough, I’d be taking this company to small claims court because enough is enough. For reference, this is going on to 6 months and I’ve not received my package (that is HALF A YEAR). I could care less if they ran bankrupt, what they need to do is deliver my package as soon as possible. Residents of the US looking to also file these reports, please do. If I’m out of options here, efforts would be redirected to that office in Nigeria. Bunch of fraudsters.

I run a personal shopping business and I started using Heroshe in 2024. My packages have been with this company since November 2024 and till now I have to received them. I've been arrested twice by people I helped buy stuff and one of those times I explained at the police station that it was due to shipping delay by the shipping company. The police did their investigation and called Heroshe customer service, these people lied to the police that there's no delay and I'll receive my packages within the week. I spent that day in lockup. Heroshe, it won't be well with you guys for what you made me go through. And if I ever do get those packages, I pray you guys just close up shop so no other person has to go through what I did. PS. I've had to refund all my customers their money. So basically I have millions of naira in goods that I don't need.

Please don’t make the mistake of using this company you’d regret it, it’s been series of lies and deceit with them.

This company is trash, from their lies to their poor management and deceitful behavior.
A logistic company that has held packages for over 4 months and has. It shipped them out and they keep claiming they haven’t been able to secure a shipping timeframe with their partners. Claimed to have dropped of pallets after 4 months and for the last 1 month have not shipped . Please do not use them
