Actually I do not want to give star (no star or minus star) worst delivery service I think may be staff lazy.They do not have responsibility and do not care customer service.I do not understand why shipper use this service.I connect multi time they didn’t answer my question.They don’t have manner and responsibility.We can connect email and contact us but nothing respond.Every shipper should avoid this delivery service.I am so disappointed.This is the first time I've seen irresponsible shipping in this era.

That was a worst services.

That was a worst services.
My Parcel was place in the warehouse for more than 3 day.
I Check with customer services, it mentioned will deliver on Friday before 8pm.
It was wasting my time and wait for nothing and the driver did not send my parcel without notice.

Putting parcel on top of a Gas Pipe Meter without safety cautious and did not ask customer for consent

On 9th evening, I received a message from DEX that my parcel was left inside the Riser and he did not even ask for my consent and left.
When I opened the riser, I saw my parcel was left on top of the Gas Meter which is very risky and this delivery man has no concern about safety to his customer. Please reply and get back or else I will escalate this issue to the higher management

I'm really really disappointed, the services is extremely slow like a snail, can't even reach to contact the customer helpline as there is only a website and a emails there . I hope it can improve the customer experience, and provide self collect services !!!!! If the company cannot make it, please ask them to send me a offer letter, i can help to Improve work efficiency.

Worst Shipping Experience

12.35pm stated out for delivery,
12.37pm stated undelivered

took 10 days and still counting, yet to received the items - even longer than sea shipping from China to Malaysia custom.

What lousy service you provided, i would definitely avoid this Shipping Company.

And their contact unavailable on website.

bad bad bad bad bad !!!! received a call on 27th June 2020 saying the parcel will be delivered today... until today 11/7/20 still haven't receive!!! call but cannot give any answer. Just tell me will check and call back to me but never receive call from them!!! Do not recommend this company!!!

Cant even reached the company customer…

Cant even reached the company customer service trough their provided email, due to the mail box already full! No contact number given and my.parcel already inbound status 2 weeks ago and no further action on that. I couldn't even call their company as there is no conract number can be found.

Poor delivery

Poor delivery, system show that item deliver unsecured, I never received any call or notice for this parcel delivery. System show that rescheduled on 27 April, but until today 13 May, haven't received.ay I know what going on?

Just dont choose this courier company

It takes more than 1 month to ship a parcel from china to malaysia. Other companies manage to ship it within 2 weeks but somehow this 'great' company always rescheduled their shipment and very slow response.

I would like to give no star if there…

I would like to give no star if there is the option. Have my parcel arrive in Singapore since 17 Apr, until today, 8 May still cant received my parcel. Understand current situation during the CB period, but with 3 weeks of time still unable send the goods out is too ridiculous. If there is any option to choose, will not choosing this company anymore. And 1 more worst thing is, the phone and email is un-contactable, have so source to know what is going on. What a BAD BAD BAD experience.
