Completely trash customer service. It takes so long for your products to arrive. If you're in Pakistan I'd suggest go for either TCS or Leopards Courier.

3 times flight delay and make mistake with the tracking number caused my parcel left in china
I wanna to complaint for the 3 times flight delay & they have make mistake with the tracking number and my parcel caused my parcel delay more than 2 weeks times it is by air shipment. I have a parcel from china to singapore sent on 21/11. At first they said flight delay after that they said mistake with the tracking number at the end said the parcel haven't send to singapore. Till now I still haven't receive it. Due to I need this for company event today. It make me very hard to explain to my company and waist time & my company&colleague's money because event almost over. how come their services so lously and no systems and people careless!!! How come you all mistake and we need to take all responsible ! Please assist to give us better solution. I need this parcel by today! if not i need your company bear all the responsibility and i need to request compensation.

Although the tracking service mentioned the parcel is out for delivery, 4 days have since past and the item is still with Dex—i and no attempt at delivering
Be Prepared for the worst.

Just don't use Dex.
Delivery service is too slow, attitude is also poor. When i tracked on the website the parcel arrived at my house yesterday but I was not around yet they did not call to inform. Contacting customer to inform about parcel's arrival is the most basic task for a delivery service but they failed to do so. And there's no contact from them to inform about the re-schedule of delivery. Bad experience.
Dont use DEX
Dont use DEX, u regret forever!! My stocks has been delayed for more than 5 mths and yet they still tracking til now. Everytime their reply is still sort out this matters.

My lesson from using DEX within taobao forwarding services. Although an inherent problem of integrated Taobao forwarder services, the attitude DEX handled my case was extremely unacceptable.
A merchant sent my order in multiple packages. The forwarder only registered the first package under that order number and it showed in the system as order has arrived. After a long wait, I received my items yesterday missing quite a few. After checking with the forwarder, they said it’s still in warehouse. And they ask me to pay not only another shipping fee but also overtime fee!!! I didnt even know I have such items in the warehouse and it doesn’t show in the system. What the hell could I have done? Use psychic power? They blame the seller and demand me to pay, only not blame themselves for sloppy and faulty system. And they well knew that this happens from time to time as they have a preformulated reply.
They gave me a very passive aggressive attitude like “this is my verdict. what you gonna do?” In the end I refused to pay but that also means I forfeited my items. They win I lose.
The Taobao integrated forwarding service gives you no option to check your item history details after you initiate the ship-out. There are other 3rd party forwarders. Choose wisely. Avoid my situation.
More trouble with this forwarder!
Right after this order (at the time the previous order was still on the way to Singapore) I placed another order of 2x1 meter cable trunking and a 2 meter solar film. Both items were very light, one was 0.38kg I remember. Size also small, which was also indicated on taobao. They were only long in one dimension, which was 1m. And DEX 递壹时 wanted to charge me for over 1000 yuan! citing oversize. I had previously ordered the same solar film in much larger quantity with may other bulky and heavy items, and the cost was only 400+. These two items are worth about 100 yuan together! I went through a lot of trouble to return the item. Mostly I wasted all the payment and the return shipping payment you won’t be able to trace once you made the payment! No trace of payment, no tracking number, you are in the complete dark.
avoid dex-i.com for your shipping
ship your item from china using this company(递壹时), 2 months not received, customer service will keep ignore you, and simply give you answer like: on hold with custom, come back in 3 days etc...
avoid at all cost!
