I placed an order a week ago now, I only ordered as they promised they ship between 1-3days as I need my order at strictly within a week. I contact them many times asking when it will be shipped however I get no reply.

Dropshipped low quality clothes, pay extra for sending protection and still have to pay extra for a return, shipping costs on you which is outrageous, refund only in store credit.

Do not buy here at all means necessary!

For Shipping Protection, it's optional and can be opted out. That will cover for damage, theft and lost in transit parcel as mentioned on our website. It does not cover for return.

Unfortunately, we do not cover for Return Shipping as mentioned on our website under our Return Policy.

Hippe Britse webshop blijkt dropshipping.

Van tevoren onvoldoende duidelijk dat het om dropshipping gaat. 2 broeken besteld in verschillende maten. Retourzending naar China kost dik €60 voor eigen rekening. Refund vervolgens alleen in shopcredit.
Klantenservice gemaild. Reageren aanvankelijk vlot maar na mijn uiting van teleurstelling geen bericht meer ontvangen. €150 en een illusie armer. Voor ons nooit meer!

I am very disappointed with my recent purchase

I am very disappointed with my recent experience returning an item to HESNTLS. I had to pay £20 out of my own pocket to return the product, which I find completely unacceptable and unethical.

As a customer, I should not be penalised with such excessive return costs, especially when your return process offers no reimbursement or proper alternative. This kind of policy discourages trust and loyalty.

Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing from your company again, and I will be sharing my dissatisfaction with others.

Poor customer service(James) even worse problem solving

Ordered an item of them over a month ago, it said it would take 7 days to deliver. Contacted them first to find out what’s going on, they basically either didn’t respond for long time until I raised a very stern email about leaving a review , they were quick to respond after that (very telling). They explained that the item was delayed and apologised, at this point I was contemplating returning the item as I didn’t need it anymore and it’s still not with me. After going back and forth the representative I was speaking to clearly didn’t seem to care, their name is James and after asking to at least refund for return shipping fee if I was to return it myself which I thought would be a gesture of good faith he said no you will still need to pay extra for their mess up , after delaying a paying customer by a month.clearly no experience in customer service and problem solving , need to review how they train their staff. Poor throughout completely unsatisfied (p.s. still waiting on my item)

I still have not received my order…

I still have not received my order placed 21 June 25. I hadn’t realised when ordering that the company shipped from Singapore so do beware deliveries may take some time. However, shouldn’t be taking this long. I’ve contacted the company several times and to be fair they have responded, but not satisfactorily - seemingly being fobbed off and I haven’t had any update for over a week. Yodel at our end have basically said they can not deliver the parcel as they’ve not received it. Probably wasted £52 on a pair of shorts!!!

Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Company

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. I ordered an item that looked nothing like what was shown or described on their website — it was completely misrepresented. I returned it, and despite the issue being entirely their fault, I was told I had to cover the return shipping myself.

That return cost me £31.85 out of my own pocket.

To make matters worse, I wasn’t even given the option of a refund — I was forced to accept store credit for an item that was wrongly advertised in the first place. On top of that, they refused to refund the £31.85 return cost or even offer that amount in additional store credit, which would have been the bare minimum gesture of goodwill.

When I raised these concerns, I received a cold and dismissive email from someone on their "Customer Experience Team" telling me it wouldn’t be “fair” to give me any credit — because other customers also paid their own return costs. Apparently, someone else paying £100 to return an item somehow justifies me having to pay £31.85 for something that wasn’t as advertised.

There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right — just excuses and an unwavering reference to “policy.”

It’s clear this company doesn’t stand behind its products or care about its customers. I won’t be shopping here again, and I’d strongly advise others to stay away — especially if you value honest service, product accuracy, and basic fairness.

Ich kann mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschließen. Mit easy Return hat das nichts zu tun.
Ich haben in dem Shop bestellt, weil ich dachte das die den Sitz in England haben und die Retouren auch dahin geschickt werden müssen. Als dann die Mail kam mit der Retourenadresse, war mir klar, daß das ein Verarschungsladen ist. Die wollen keine Retourenabwicklung. Man soll seine bestellten Klamotten behalten.
In meinem Fall habe ich 2 Hosen bestellt, mit der selben Größe. Leider fallen die total unterschiedlich aus. Die eine ist fast ein wenig zu groß und die andere um einiges zu klein. Eine Hose hat, abzüglich Gutschein 75,-€ gekostet. Wenn ich eine Hise zurück schicke für 45,-€ Versand um dann nur eine Gutschrift zu bekommen, wo ist da der Sinn? Die 45,-€ Rückversand sind weg und werden nicht erstattet.
Hier bestelle ich nie wieder.

First off, we promptly provided you with the return instructions(within 2hrs from receiving your email) and how to send it back to us. We are more than happy to receive the parcel back from you so please do not be misunderstood that we want you to keep the clothes you ordered.

Secondly, we do not control the shipping cost of how much is quoted to you by whichever post-office you went with. To blanket statement a €45 on return shipping fee is not correct as different couriers charges differently ( ie DHL/UPS/Fedex vs DHL.DE/DPD etc) We also like to mention that this shipping fee is not quoted and paid to us as well.

TERRIBLE QUALITY

I bought the Baggy Fit | Distressed Blue, and after waiting close to a month for them to arrive i was shocked by the poor bad quality of the "denim"

They claim to be denim but i honestly doubt its even denim as they are pure white and see through on the inside.

And then the "distressing" is literally painted onto the pants. The pants have no distressing what-so-ever and are just painted to look like distressing, all under the guise of: "extremely complicated workmanship as the distressing are done" (taken from the item description).

If i didnt have to pay so much in shipping and taxes, i would request a refund immediately, but unfortunately it looks like i will have to keep these sorry excuses for "distressed baggy denim" pants. (wich btw. are super tight fitting, both around the waist and leg opening even though i followed their own measurement system)

It's mentioned specifically in the description the item you've ordered, multiple times,

"3D-Laser Printed"

"every piece is cut and sewn before printing to ensure sizing and placement matches identically"

"extremely complicated workmanship as the distressing are done before hand on a fresh denim, then screened and printed on another fresh denim"

We wish we could bold the amount of time the word "printed" is mentioned in the description.

You choose to quote the first part of our description and deliberately miss out on the part where it says printed.

We'd be more than happy to offer you a full refund to get the item back.

seen a couple of other brands selling similar stuff, but no one came close in terms of the quality and customer service like here. Like they just steal the photos on their website. Been shopping here for a few years and it never disappoints.
