Size up on the flare denim guys, don't be like me. Thought I could fit a size smaller cause I lost some weight, but man was I so wrong. Had to exchange it and unlike the reviews here, the exchange process was extremely smooth for me. Just follow their instructions and you'll be fine.

The bad reviews are very true! Please DO NOT BUY from here cause you will regret it and unfortunately I am one of them. They claim they are from the UK and when you want to return an order you don’t get the money back to your account!! Instead you only get to use it in their own store!! Saying that it is in their policy which bear in mind people don’t even read cause they expect to get the money back to their account!! But here comes the worst part, I ordered a jacket from their website and I just recently found the exact same jacket from shein!! I mean both of the products are literally from china and shein has a much cheaper price. I really really wish I didn’t buy from here cause they don’t care about you.

Habe 3 Artikeln bestellt 2 Jeans und einen Short im Wert über 200€. Da die Sachen nicht passend waren habe ich es zurück gesendet damit ich die Sachen in Größe 34 bekommen kann . Habe für die Rücksendung nach China noch über 45€ bezahlt jedoch ist immer noch nichts passiert. Habe auch die Sendungsverfolgungsnummer ihnen HESNTLS mitgeteilt . Jedoch sagen sie dass sie nichts machen können da des packet nicht bei dene ist . Das packet liegt beim Zoll China noch . Sie fragten mich auch ob ich die Summe von Artikeln so eingegeben habe wie sie es wohl bei retour von mir drauf geschrieben haben wollten . Aber wieso sollte ich für eine Bestellung was über 200€ kostest nur 10€ eintragen ??? Mache ich nicht !!!Oder geht es hier um Steuer Betrug? Ich weis es nicht . Mann könnte auch als ein Unternehm so hilfreich sein und auch aus Höflichkeit die Sachen in richtige Größe Schonmal mir senden. Die sehen ja dass ich die ware zurück gesendet habe . Ich kann nichts dafür dass des am Zoll liegt . Dann sollen sie vor Ort gehen und es regeln. Sie wollten dass ich nach China sende dann sollen sie es auch von dort aus klären . Egal sobald nächste Woche nichts passiert werde ich Rechtlich mit einen Anwalt vorgehen . Mir geht es nicht ums Geld sondern ums Prinzip .

I recently had an incredibly disappointing interaction with HESNTLS that has left me utterly dissatisfied with their level of customer service. After placing an order for a pair of jeans, the delivery company Yodel claimed to have left the package at my front door. Unfortunately, the item was nowhere to be found, leading me to believe that it was either stolen or mishandled by the delivery driver.
Upon reaching out to them and the customer service person is named James to address the issue and request assistance in resolving the matter, I was met with a shocking lack of empathy and concern from him. Despite explaining the situation and emphasising the need for them to investigate the matter with Yodel I was met with a dismissive response stating that they could not help as their records showed the package as delivered.
Wow.. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such a callous and unresponsive attitude from a company that should prioritise customer satisfaction and address legitimate concerns. The unwillingness of HESNTLS to take responsibility for the mishandling of my order and assist in resolving the issue reflects a blatant disregard for customer well-being and satisfaction.
As a consumer, I expect a basic level of accountability and support from the companies I choose to patronise. The lack of assistance and apathy displayed by them this situation is unacceptable and has severely tarnished my perception of their brand/website, I urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with HESNTLS and to consider the risk of encountering similar unsatisfactory treatment.
In conclusion, my experience with them has been marred by their negligent and unhelpful customer as a result, I cannot recommend them to others and advise exercising caution when engaging with their services because all they care about is getting PAID.

It’s the first time I’ve come to write a comment, I don’t like to delay the work of others as I don’t like them to act in bad faith with me, extremely disappointed with the store. It’s just that I sent some pants and shorts, which arrived but the pants were too small. So I sent them a message and they said I have to send it back ok, I paid 20 a few euros. Arriving in China they said that I have to pay another €20 at customs because they told me that I have to put the wrong price of the pants while I didn’t do that, I put the original price. But they only told me that after I got there, because I had already asked if I had to put something at customs and they said no, “just send it that arrives for us” ok okay, I paid the €20 from customs ok. It’s already 40 and a few euros. OK, that’s fine. Then they received their product that was to be exchanged for a larger size in case 34, they sent it to me, and it arrived. I took in the order the pants 70% different from the other, full of stains, the colour that was blue came like a white. By my conclusion the pants were old, which were already in the store for a long time that they ended up sending me. Sending a message to them they replied that they are “equal”, I who already had a photo of the other I could compare and they are not the same. Now they answered me to iron an iron, and that if I wanted to send it to them again. I’m not rich, I’m just a student. Where do you think I’ll get money again to send to them? Money doesn’t fall from the sky. Whoever deceives one day will be deceived. Simple. I wish them all the best.
